Hotel Cloud 9 Alwar

Spent 2 months at Alwar, one of the or rather best hotels in Alwar, on the strategic location, jail Circle, best staff and good service, never felt more comfortable, (have stayed in other hotel also) staff is prompt and very helpful. Special mention to Mr.K K Sharma Manager , also the the reception staff Mr Niraj Yadav and Mr. Shiv Kumar, house keeping team Mr.Lokesh and Mr. Shubham., and room service team Mr.Narendra and Mr. Ramendra , all but not the least the ever smiling and helpful Mr. Pawan Jain. All were very cordial and proactive.

Thank you for such a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We as a group truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and will definitely recommend it to others. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!
