Ashoka Hotel

The structure is good but poorly maintained. Rooms and bathrooms are dirty. burnt bedsheet, dirty pillows, smelly towels. The rooms had dirt all over. If the property was well maintained then the experience could have been good. parking is a problem. Single wrong parking and you are stuck.

We got this hotel as an alternative as their neighbouring hotel(Sparrow hotel) turned us down upon arrival. Here is the review PLEASE READ AND DECIDE - Rooms - Dirty, had spider webs, dirty doors, pungent smell - Washroom - exhaust not working, dirty and broken toilet seats - No toiletries provided - the towels provided had a foul smell - Flushes and leaking taps making the bathroom wet all the time Bedsheet were dirty, had cigarette burn marks and a burnt big patch - Quilt covers come out all the time - Corridor - Dustbin was adjusting to the room, was stinking and open for 2 continuous days. We had to ask for it to be covered and cleaned then they actioned. Isn't this a basic responsibility of hotel - Parking - they had a huge space but there is no sense of distribution..there is a guard outside. He is not bothered. It happened twice that someone parked it wrong and we were stuck. Stairs and corridors have dirty shoe prints everywhere. Seems like they do not mop the floor/rooms at all. This hotel has a huge area and good size rooms They are just not maintening them. The water bottles they're providing is BISSLERI - God knows which brand it is

Rooms are so dirty , not all asessory work properly in room such as switchs , remote . They charges for water bottle also i.e . No free drinking water available

Don't go there rooms are so dirty, staff is to rude, no cleanliness ,poor management according to hotel condition there prices too high

Facility is Good Staff behaviour is good and appreciable & food is good Location near bus stop is very comfortable.

It was stayed in this hotel .. it is third class hotel . Request to everyone pls don't book this hotel.

Bad experience. No proper amenities (towel, mineral water, etc.) provided. Only upon instructing same was given that too was pathetic condition (towel was torn, and tap water). Served tea in damaged cup twice, despite telling once, that too was not worth the price. Poor parking management. Not much cleanliness. Overall poor hotel management. Cherry on top a dog entered the hotel that too till first floor. Really!!! Only thing that was worth not giving zero rating was above average food. Just focusing on money.

The place had great interiors and good enough rooms. Food was a bit overpriced but still good tasting food. Parking was an overall concern but the hotel had its own parking so wasn't such a hassle. I am rating it 3 because I had to call them multiple times 4 times to be precise In order to get them to send fresh towel and a dental kit.
