The pros: 1. Excellent location away from hustles and bustles. Siliserh lake is visible from the property. Plenty of wild crocodiles can be seen taking sunbath just beside the resort. 2. The food is out of the world. The chef is too good. 3. The manager Mr. Anshu and all other staff did everything to make our stay comfortable. The cons: 1. The upkeep could have been better. 2. There were too many power cuts and the backup system was often found wanting. Don't know if this is usual at that place. 3. Broadband was not working.

Amazing Food, Staff is very humble and welcoming for Tourists.. If you're looking someplace to sit and relax peacefully this is the best place. Room conditions ar ealso very hygienic. Close to mother nature.

All good reviews are paid reviews, all posted pictures are polished. The property is very old and not maintained at all, we booked two Swiss cottages for two 2 nights but when we checked into the rooms we saw the pathetic conditions of the cottages, there was this constant smell of dampness and cottages weren't even cleaned, washrooms unhygienic and smelly, there were spiders in the washrooms, the linens were stained, the ac window wasn't even sealed off properly due to which ac wasn't cooling the room. We were served stale pakoras with full of oil, staff lacks basic hospitality skills. We got so fed up with this property that we had to cut short our trip, we checked out the same day we checked in. Please do not go with the fake reviews posted here, the property is not even worth 1000rs per night.

My stay was pleasant. The resort is located at a calm location but still close to every place worth seeing. I had a bit of issue with the d deluxe rooms. They were very basic. Preferably book the Swiss cottages. The staff- the house keeping as well restaurant staff were very helpful n courteous. They went out of the way to fulfill our requirements. I had visited on new years eve. A traditional dance evening and dinner was arranged. It was an exhilarating experience.

Good location, close to aravalli hills, city within 6km proximity, clean room with extra pillow n blanket, quick services, delicious food, staff behavior was really good and courteous, ample parking space. we enjoy our stay.

Secluded place # very good service and property is beauty in itself.

Everything needs upgrading.... The customer service sucks.
