We hosted a wedding at Alwar Motel & Resorts, and it was a fantastic experience! The venue is nestled in the hills, giving it a royal touch. I had a truly awful experience at this hotel. I arrived late at night, and there was no one available to guide me to my room, which was very frustrating after a long journey. The problems didn't stop there. The swimming pool, which was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel, was off-limits due to a private event happening, and no one bothered to inform me of this in advance. On the second day, when I was finally allowed to use the pool, it was in horrendous condition--dirty and unkempt, resembling a swamp more than a pool. I called the management to address the issue, and they just laughed it off, saying they didn't care and even encouraged me to write a bad review. To top it off, the food was ridiculously overpriced and absolutely disgusting, both in taste and quality. I felt completely ripped off. Overall, this hotel was a major disappointment, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Poor service, bad facilities, and a complete lack of customer care make this a place to avoid at all costs.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. First and foremost, the pool was in awful condition. The water was filthy, and it was clear that it hadn't been properly cleaned or maintained for a long time. After swimming, I even had eye irritation due to the high amount of chlorine and poor water quality. It felt like a health hazard rather than a place for relaxation. Additionally, I found the breakfast to be a complete rip-off. The price was ridiculously high, yet the options were limited, and the quality of food was dreadful. It was bland, unappetizing, and frankly, not worth the money at all. When I raised these concerns with the staff, I was told that the manager was "at home" and there was nothing they could do about it. It was frustrating to get no resolution or help when needed. This place clearly lacks proper management and attention to detail, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Alwar Motel & Resorts is the best wedding venue in the middle of the hills, offering a breathtaking backdrop for celebrations. I am highly disappointed with my recent experience at your property. Despite paying in advance for breakfast, I was denied both the breakfast and a refund. Additionally, the promised room amenities were not provided as committed at the time of booking. Room service was extremely unresponsive - calls were not attended to even after multiple attempts. To make matters worse, when I approached the reception to raise these issues, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. This level of service is unacceptable and far below the standards expected. I strongly recommend denying or reconsidering this property for future bookings unless major improvements are made.

We stayed at this hotel for two days in March 2025, and my experience was disappointing. While the rooms were decent, they lacked regular maintenance. The staff was unprofessional, and the worst part was the food and restaurant service.||The hotel has outsourced its food and beverage service to a third-party contractor, who seems indifferent to guest satisfaction. They simply complete their shift and shut down. I ordered a simple dinner two hours before closing, but despite multiple reminders, it was never delivered. With everything in the city shutting down by 10:30 PM, I had no choice but to sleep on an empty stomach.||For the sake of the hotel's reputation, I urge the owner, Mr. Ashok Garg, to address the serious issues in the F&B department. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this hotel to travelers who expect even basic hospitality standards.
