Hotel O Sariska Virasat

I have recently visited this hotel and the ambience and the surroundings are just awful. Room service is great and staff is very cooperative. Best place to stay at very reasonable rates.

Had a very bad experience. We had paid and booked rooms for our guests for a marriage in our family. On the day of marriage when our guests visited, these guys shamelessly informed us, that no rooms are available. Without any intimation they decided to cancel the rooms and allot it to others. The manager was an idiot, with a silly smirk he told us that he can't do anything at that moment, all he can do is return the money These guys are unprofessional, you can't trust them, for a few hundred they'll cheat you and make a fool out of you.

Good atmosphere and reasonable price, we booked it for a marriage function with lawn, halls and rooms. Everything was good except parking of four wheelers. You need to park vehicles outside at road. Location is good juat below aravali you can visit and experience it for booking for any function of any occasions.

Virasat Hotel is near the highway. Rooms are spacious and clean. Although all rooms are with basic amenities but for the two nights that we stayed, one or the other was not working. The AC and the TV was not working and the other room we shifted the water geyser was out of order. The hotel does not have power backup and the bathroom exhaust fans don't work either. ||However, the staff is courteous and very helpful. They took good care of us. During our visit the kitchen staff also was on leave, so the food was not an elaborate meal but just enough to be called palatable. ||Owing to the surrounding open spaces, the hotel is well ventilated and airy/breezy. ||The Bala fort and the palace is under 5 kms whereas the Sariska tiger reserve and Bhangarh are 30km and 85km approximately and respectively. The hotel is also close to the city centre so one has options with food eateries and restaurants.

This certainly is not one of the best or most luxurious stays in Alwar or Sariska however it certainly is a nice budget hotel with a very strategic location. I liked the location because it is just outside Alwar (4KM from Town) and 28KM from Sariska National Park. Siliserh lake is only 3KM from the hotel and Bala fort (Alwar Fort) is 5KM from the hotel||||So by staying here you are not only limited to your resort or the hotel but you do have some beautiful sightseeing options close by.||||Beautiful hills form the backdrop of the hotel background.||||Rooms - Rooms are pretty small however they do have a clean bed, clean sheets, Clean towel, Clean washroom and a flat screen TV. ||||Food - Not the best in town however a good option within the hotel. Room service available.||||You can bring your own drink and ice is available on order.||||I especially like the staff member "Golu" who is the young boy running errands for the hotel guests. He manages everything from carrying your luggage, taking room service orders to getting you things from the market. Very welcoming and very good at customer service.||||The hotel has ample parking and has a big garden upfront.||||They also offer Bon fire at an extra cost.

Overall experience is very bad as services are Very poor like food quality, cleaning reception etc. Room are good as property is new and at good location with good view. When we checked in no information at reception for our booking then they call some one to confirm it's took more than an hour moreover the same room was not ready. We force to wait for check in and got delayed to proceed for sarika. Due to this delay we was unable to get the booking done for safari. Owner attention required to improve the things and management.

I booked the hotel through goibibo.com and tried calling the hotel to confirm if bonfire is available. No one answered calls on the numbers provided during booking. Then I mailed and again there was no reply.||After waiting for 2 days, I contacted goibibo customer care. They somehow refused to understand my issue and gave a standard reply "We are trying to contact the hotel and will get back as soon as we get a response!" I failed to convince them that my whole issue was that I was not getting a response.||Thereafter, I had to escalate the matter but nothing fruitful happened and I eventually booked another hotel from makemytrip.com.||This hotel is still listed on goibibo and other websites and I sincerely request everyone not to book because the hotel does not exist!
