The Fern Residency Ajmer

The location of this hotel is great facing the lake. Also, it is one of the best hotels in the city. Underground Parking, 24*7 booking support. Security, safety and Hygiene like a five star hotel. Excellent food, night menu also available. Trained and skilled staff. "Everything works" - I have added this phrase as most of the time, even in prestigious brands, some things are there in hotels that do not work due to lack in maintenance such as shower and bathtub fittings, air conditioner, hot water/geyser, hair dryer. Here, everything is correctly fitted and works. Breakfast here is awesome as there is a wide variety of menu, everything tasted good and hygienically prepared, helpful staff. This was my first experience at a Fern Hotel and this has added this brand into my list of preferred stays whenever I travel.

The food was great, and the service is top notch. The chef hears your choices very respectfully and makes it better. The ambience is great and serene. The place is very peaceful and have a good space for long talks. Couples and family best spot.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite their initially reasonable pricing and seemingly positive reviews, I was shocked when the management refused to accommodate my family and me. Upon arrival, I requested two rooms for my family and myself and soon to be husband, intending to stay for a few days leading up to our wedding. However, after verifying our documents, the owner cited a policy against unmarried couples sharing a room, which seemed inconsistent with our plans to wed shortly (two days after and we were not planning on staying together before the wedding, and we were ready to provide necessary documentations needed from us). The service was also marred by poor communication, with the owner using broken English despite my attempts to converse in Hindi. Furthermore, the rooms themselves appeared small and in need of refurbishment. Given the urgent need for accommodation, we were initially willing to overlook some issues, but the abrupt change in treatment after learning of our US origin was concerning. I would caution others to to avoid this place at all cost, not to forget to mention their staff were creepy and constantly looking at us.

The hotel was clean, the services were quick, the food was great , the overall experience was quite satisfactory. The staff was well behaved, the catered to all our requirements in a reasonable span of time. The receptionist was quite cooperative.

Amazing food, excellent service by Vikas thankyou for taking care of my family...... the rooms are comfortable, ambience is prefect, quick service by IRD and all dining restaurant team....... Overall a great and comfortable experience we will be back soon for sure

We visit Ajmer quite often and Fern residency is our preferred place to stay. The service is great. The food has many choices.
