Super Hotel O Ajmer Central formerly Grand Suman

This Hotel 'Super Hotel O Ajmer Central formerly Grand Suman' is doing business based on full cheating. I booked this hotel in Sep, 2024 for one night stay dated 6th Jan, 2025 and paid partially. Hotel already confirmed by booking but when I reached Hotel at night 10:30PM , which was informed earlier', they told they can't provide room as all rooms already filled up. I showed my document then they told your money will be refunded and you talk to OYO. So be careful and avoid booking this hotel. You may find some good review which may be manipulated. Attached screenshot shows my proof. Thanks to all readers!

The room and toilets are clean ..and the location is near to railway station...I highly recommendation this hotel for anyone coming to ajmer ..also it is budget friendly

it was a good stay at this hotel and room service was nice. They had provided early check in at my request. Overall nice location and room was clean.

I had an wonderful experience staying in this hotel!! Such a cozy place to stay and was very near to the Main Road, Railway Station , Bus Stop so was very convenient as I was an outsider .

I got a really nice room at a fantastic price. It was big and the bathroom was really clean. The bed linen wasn't clean at first but they changed it promptly after I asked them. The cupboard was really big as well. Don't get confused by the signboard out front, they're going through a rebranding. The Maps location is absolutely correct. It's very close to the railway station as well, which is a bonus.

Very bad experience with this Not good rooms and not well cleaned Small rooms No chair and table inside room Ac is not working properly No ventilation system in room and bathroom Nothing can provide like brush , toothpaste,

Very greatful experience, staff service is very good with good behavior specially Arvind singh manger is very helpful during staying. New Property with good condition and Property is nearby station.

Best hotel in ajmer if want to visit must stay in this hotel all staff are humble and helpful
