Worst Experience No one at reception desk, No one pick up calls Room phone not working Toilet jet and flash not working even after the complaint issue is resolved temporarily. TV not working, AC also not cooling. No Almira to store clothes or anything. Service and infra not as per cost they are taking. 500-700 rs is enough for the service or room they are providing but they are charging 1800-1900 rs / Service is worst Location is good

Sky grill - my first visit-basement parking is horrible, we went for the covered zone of the roof top-- ac not working, service & cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, staff lacks hospitality, however food was alright. Best part is the view--Will still give it another shot. Hopefully owners will do their best.

1. The room provided for me was very ugly, having bad smells of cigarettes. They used an air freshener only after my request. They don't keep rooms neat and clean. The plugs were not working properly. I was not able to charge my phone. Eventually, I had to request them to change my room. Then I got another room. 2. The alternative room was not clean as well. And lights were not working in the washroom. I had to adjust to that. 3. Drinking water was not provided until I requested it. Then they provided a filled bottle of water, instead of mineral water. 4. Bath towels were not available at the time of check-in. They provided them with only the next morning. 5. Above all, The hotel staff were misbehaving with me while I requested all the above things. The boy there was very arrogant and was not ready to listen to me properly.

rooms are not that great they are getting worn out little bit and so does the services but the view from there is mesmerizing the videos i posted are of fourth floor imagine the scenery you may see from the 8th floor from the beautiful restraunt...i don't have that much idea of their food

This hotel is stone throw away from ajmer railway station only benefit is if you want to take train you can reach in less than a minute besides this there is nothing much this property has. It seems tall structure with restaurant on rooftop offering veg meal only you can see mountains from restaurant food is average on one end there is railway station on other you can see road. its 1 KM from Dargah when you go there you pass through diggi bazar and can see many shops for garment and shoes. Problem with this property is you done have 24 hrs hot water in the room you may only get in morning. Rest you can stay here for day or two hotel is only meant for short stay i only stay here as its close to railway station besides this there is nothing that this property can be suggested.

The check in process in this hotel was quite intensive and didn't feel foreigner friendly. They took a hold of my passport for at least an hour which felt quite odd since the previous hotels where I stayed at didn't take that long for me to check in. The guy at the front desk was also quite stern, unwelcoming, and distant although another guy was there in the morning and was quite nice: The rooms were okay but they are quite spacious. There is a sign in the rooms that there is hot water 24 hours a day and but a little disclaimer was also included that it might take a while for the hot water to work during certain hours of the day. This is false because even if you shower outside those hours, the hot water do not work. The hotel is also situation next to a a busy street and if you're not use to the city noise, you will struggle to get sleep. Lastly, the Wi-Fi did not work at all.

"How much ever I write is less for a hotel Smart inn". We two families had some event at Ajmer and wanted to our stay just get away from the city rush and covid mania. We look out a property that would be safe,clean,sanitized and yet approachable and less travel time. What best than this place that fitted all our demands cleared all our apprehension and doubts. |We were welcomed by staff at the entrance where our luggage is sanitized and our temperatures were checked. than to have the bare minimum contact.our registration was done online before we reached. So that we went straight to our cool rooms (A.C were Running) in the hot peak afternoon. |All the staff wore mask and gloves, the norms of social distancing was rightly followed by all the hotel staff. |All in all we had great time there, it was certainly a very safe and comfortable stay.|I certainly highly recommend for those who want to choose their stay in Ajmer.

NO PRIVACY OF GUEST- WORST hotel experience we have faced in this hotel. No privacy . We were staying with family and at mid night hotel staffed along with Manager opened the door with duplicate key. Never faced such unenthical experience in any hotel, disgusting. Manager has not taken any action. No towels, no basic amenities, TV/Wifi Not in working condition. Better not to stay here.
