JW Cruise Hotel

I enjoyed my stay at JW fully. Cleanliness, prompt and cheerful service are the most satisfying reasons behind this. Food served was also felt close to our taste and ingredients quality was best. Two improvement are being suggested: 1. Coming out of the lift there is staircase going down. There may be accidents if a person coming out of the lift may step inside the stairs area. It should be addressed. 2. The stairs of the rooftop restaurant were bit slippery due to glass finish of the granite. It may be covered by some coarse material to safe use of the stairs. Would love to visit again.

I had done a prebooking from adani one for this Hotel when I called here and asked for booking confirmation the HOTEL MANAGER RUDELY SAID "MADAM JIS RATE PE BOOKING KARWAYA HAI USPE KAAM NAHI CHALEGA" , When I politely asked I am not sure what he means He AGAIN SAID "YE RATE KAM HAI MAINE COMPANY KO MSG KAR DIA HAI HUM NAHI DE SAKTE ROOM." I asked them Bhaiya mera to fault nahin hai maine to online kia tha book and confirmation ke lie call kia tha He again RUDELY SAID " Ha to Maine AAPKO MSG THODE KIA HUM NAHI DE RHE ROOM" They are Duping the customer and asking more charges for bad service and claustrophobic rooms. I have visited this place before for dinner and the service was slow noisy and food was subpar as well. If you don't know how Basic Hospitality works then please close your hotel. Its not a customers fault if they book Hotels from Mmt adanione Goibibo at discount rates and You talk rudely to earn black Money. SHAME ON MANAGER AND JW CRUISE.

I was in town for a business trip, and this hotel provided a great workspace in the room, making it easy to get work done.

The hotel is situated at prime location of Vaishali Nagar, Ajmer near Traffic signal. Rooms are well organised and clean. The AC was also working well. One suggestion to Hotel management to increase the breakfast options in Morning.
