HOTEL VIVAN PINNACLE

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. They seem to be more concerned about money than providing good customer service. I had a corporate booking, where the payment was supposed to be handled by my company before checkout. Despite this, the hotel staff refused to give me the room key until I made the payment upfront. I was left waiting at the reception for a long time, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. It was clear that their priority was money, not the comfort or satisfaction of their guests. I would not recommend staying here.

Very Bad experience here. We had a birthday party for my niece. We booked party hall along with 4-5 rooms. Invited guests for enjoy the party. Food was good but they were serving in very less quantity..pathetic services. We need to go to pick Chappati and Vegetable from Kitchen at the time of dine out. It was dushera also so Hotel people didn't informed us that cars will park outside approx half km to 1 kms... Did not get any coperation from Hotel staff. Rooms were okay.

I stayed here recently and the stay was good the rooms are great cleanliness is well maintained even the food quality and taste is good the problems i had was with hot water ig everyone is having the same problem but aside from that the stay was pleasant

This is my 3/4 th stay in this hotel.|It's relatively a new hotel & it's well maintained.|I had an Executive room which was Spacious, very neat & clean with a large comfortable double bed.|It had all the facilities available including tea / Coffee maker with a fridge.|Bathroom was very good.|Breakfast was excellent mostly vegetarian but one can order eggs of choice.|All staff are very courteous & helpful |Anything required is immediately made available.|Only issue is parking is not available so you have to park the vehicle on road but they do have a valet who parks & look after your vehicle.|I visit 1/2 times to Ajmer to pay a visit to Dargah & I have decided to stay at VIVAN PINNACLE ONLY.

Good Rooms. Good Customer Service from all staffs. Neat Room. Very near to Bus Stand.

Very poor hospitality, we had to keep our luggage in room and then during checkout also. The standards were high in ajmer but this hotel serves tasteless food. Rooms were not cleaning. We booked suite and there was dust in the room as if the rooms has not been opened from days. In mmt hotel has mentioned there is parking but there is parking only for 2 vehicles. Don't trust this hotel by mmt or any other online platform.

I am writing this review after staying here recently.The Hotel has nice big rooms with all the facilities. The food at the restaurant is pathetic and extremely costly. They should increase the number of items in the morning buffet and prepare food deliciously. No salt in food items and no sugar in sweet stuff. It is a bit far from Ajmer Dargah so will you have to take an auto or e-rickshaw which will cost 50-60 rs one way. Overall, the stay at the hotel is not so good. They are charging a lot for actually no service

Being a very new hotel and great location there were certain lacks. Staffs were mostly inexperienced, we asked them to sterilizer our baby bottles, they had no clue about it. We asked for sterilized water for out baby they gave us water with dirt in it. Food was not upto the mark. Very very few breakfast options. Needs lots of improvement to stand out in this competitive industry.
