Hotel Sukoon

I stayed in this commercial hoter for two days. The hotel is directly facing Dargah Bazar road and barely 400 meters from.main Dargah of Khawaza, the sufi saint whose blessings are always helping these hotels to have pilgrims throughout the year. The typical charge for a day is 1500 per room with one queen bed. With below average facilities, dirty lenin and unkempt wasroom i would not suggest for a long stay here. Ofcourse the Dargah is the main attraction here thats why people compramise on their stay.

Hello diserved 0 satr but I have no option so I give 1 satr They have a useless talking nature, tongue has no value, after giving the rate, they trouble the customer by increasing the rate at the booking time and talk to the customer in a very rude manner, later when the customer complains, you first gave this rate and now you are troubling them at the booking time

Very bad experience. Rooms are unhygienic. Bedsheets pillow covers, blankets everything is dirty. There were insects inside. No room service. Sockets were broken. AC was not working. No room service available. No amenities and toiletries. Overall pathetic experience

They are the cheaters whenever you go to this hotel take the receipt of check in and check out time written by then and take a proper bill from them

Hello Friends, I will recommend you all to ignore this hotel and Visit any other because the person who is Manager(Narayan) here not having understanding and the skills to speak up with customer. I have just given key 1hr late so he is charging me for full day so I was like I m ready to pay for half day but he is like fully in attitude and asked us to pay for full day. According to amount which we pay Hotel is worthless and the service too & mannerless manager

Related to the service - It was an very pathetic service from Sukoon hotel. The room was not cleaned properly after informing the Manager Mr Narayan he didn't respond to the problem we were facing at the time of check in. Our check in date was 3/9/2024 at 8 AM. And our check out timing was at 9:30. We got late by one and half hour late. And we were ready to pay for that extra hours. But Mr Narayan who had a word with us was not at all understanding person. He forced us to pay the full amount infact we didn't wanted to stay till next day. We also had given him suggestions that you can take extra money for the extra hours. But he was like no you have to pay the full amount. After all this we have paid the entire amount to the Sukoon Hotel. But I would like to recommend you all do not go to this hotel. Instead in the same room charges what you pay here you will get more better hotel and services.

Not good facility availabe in room n many cocrochs in the room hot water not available in a bath and staf was very rood n strikt I dont like this hote

Worst experience.. bad service, rude behaviour.. rate is very high and quality is very bad and no taste and chutney is like raw and no taste... If you order something but they do not provide complimentary like salad or onion they took charges for that also stingy (kanjus) hotel...do not visit this hotel
