Hotel Sai Ba, Ajmer

i was given room no.205 room for 2000/- for 24 hours, room looked initially good but 1 mattress was broken, 2 tv was out of order, 3 foul smell was there, 3 soap, landline were missing, above all staff was like goondas specially a man with long hair he was like street type goonda...he charged 230/- extra for half an hour check out...

I recently stayed at Hotel Sai ba in Ajmer, and my experience with the front office staff was disappointing. The check-in process was chaotic, with long waits and a lack of communication. My checkin time was 7am... On the spot I will pay full payment rs 1200/- by cash after 2-3 hrs arround front office person call me and said you will give us rs 500/- defected or ( nakli ) note. I didn't expected that experience in first time at my life in ajmer. Also there rooms was not cleaned Lenens are so dirty.. in room gutka or jarda spited by other guest .. so bad experience with all over staff Unfortunately, I felt that the staff were unprofessional and dismissive when I raised concerns about my room. It seemed like they were not interested in resolving issues. Additionally, I noticed a lack of attention to detail that is typically expected in hospitality. Overall, the front office experience did not meet my expectations and affected my overall stay at the hotel very bad.

Third class behavior of manager as well as service boy. I will not recommend to any one to stay there.

Worst experience ever.. taken to place by taxi driver as they have there own share.. very unhygenic cockroaches all over the room by night.. geyser won't work.. they ask to fill water from other room.. above this all they will charge you more.. and if you ask they will start a fight.. felt very unsafe.. must not visit place..

This was the worst hotel in my life, When we got to the room an old lady was at the reception. But that night was a gents . Horrible experience, The rooms are very dirty and cockroach , Water is coming from ac , TV not working, but room rent is 2500.Main things I don't know who owns it, but the secret manager is Sonu Chohan.When I went to tell him that this room is having this problem at night, He is threatening us as usual No guest can stay in the safe, as long as this manager is there. I request the hotel owner not to hire such unprofessional people. He doesn't know any manners. It doesn't look like this hospitality industry guy . When a boy came to my room for room service. After I saw him, the boy apologized to me For Maneger rude behavior . Our Tourvels bag is spoiled, my 2 piece cargo pants & shoes are all spoiled,I request everyone don't go to this hotel otherwise you will be harmed. There is no photos add options so I can not give. I have proof of everything.

Very poor service No locks on room , They gave a lock after so much of argue with them and as we go out they remove it by another key . So there is no safety or privacy. Bugs ans insect in room Washroom are very dirty 0 hygiene

Hotel saiba is very poor hotel, we came this hotel i will see so many cockreach,s and khatmal,s . Staff is very poor ,cleaning & housekeeping service is very poor and manger speaking very roud language ,next time i dont come this hotel. We leave this hotel 12 pm at night
