Hotel Royal Suites Plus

Location wise best,tempo stand is very near even bazar is near. Overall it is advisable to stay here. But food should be taken from outside only for hygiene purposes.

I visited Royal Suites plus on 31st August 2024 and stayed for 2 days and booked 2 rooms. Archit was nice and soft spoken. Everyone in the hotel and staff were nice. It's a completely Veg restaurant and the food taste and quality was decent and good. Room have constructed well but not maintained. Blankets stink and not sure if it's washed properly after stay, which I asked to change immediately. Also, my room AC (518) had leakage inside the room and it was disappointing. My Room was very small but the other room which booked was big enough. TV remotes had issues. Roof top restaurant was nice. Rooms & washrooms were neat and clean.Bath tub was good. The hotel is exactly 3-4 minutes walking from the Dargah Sharif. All and all I had okay stay.

Very dirty hotel. The stay was unpleasant. Location of the hotel is as well not good. The room is full of dust and broken lights. Bedsheets, mattress are very bad. Please do not choose this hotel for your stay.

Good food in hotel. Nice rooms but little compact. Helpful staff. Staff is available 24/7. Early check-in is available at 5am morning also. Great experience.

I do not recommend anyone to go to this hotel. Half staff is rude and do not corporate. The rooms weren't cleaned. No towel , no soap, no drinking water was provided. After requesting they gave us towel and small soap. Bathroom was not cleaned. The owner Archit Jain was too mean and disrespectful. Location was also not good. Plus the kitchen was worst, so dirty if anyone would see the kitchen would vomit and won't eat food at all.

1) The location of Hotel was literally difficult to find and it is located in very Dirty space 2) Service was very delayed, For Every Single thing you have to do at least 3 times followup 3) I booked 2 Rooms in Hotel Royal Palace plus thinking it has its own restaurant but food is literally very bad. We had to struggle to find good food in Ajmer but there was a Hotel CalledbRoyal Madina which very Near to Dargha , Food was Awsome there with very good service. 4) They have their tie up in Dargha and Local Guide which we booked thinking would be comfortable they both literally misguided us We paid 3000/- for Rajasthan Safari at Camel where promised to show spots but it was a flop show and the Guide who took there didn't bothered to reply our complaint also. If u want to only go for stay in this Hotel I would recommend 'YES' but don't fall into there traps of Guides and Local Sightseeing at all.

Hotel rooms are good as it's newly built property. But needs proper cleaning and dusting. They should provide atleast toiletries and mineral water bottles in this price. Overall experience is good. Staff is very helpful. Front desk management is really cooperative and nice. There is inhouse restaurant on 6th floor serves only veg. Taste is average, price is reasonable. But service is quick. Hope they will definitely improve the things.

The hotel ambience and hospitality was good...good customer service....we never tasted any food .....24 hrs hot water facility is available....rooms are neat and clean with daily cleaning If it is better if they improve the roof top... Our fav in that hotel is the photo points...it is really good and attractive best for a photo shoot...it is a good place for family stay with affordable cost ...it's near to ajmeer dharga...
