Hotel Royal Ajmer

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The hospitality was completely lacking, and to make matters worse, we found a cockroach in the food. The overall hygiene and cleanliness of the place were extremely poor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe stay.

Disappointing Experience Rating: Review: I recently stayed at [Hotel Royal Ajmer] and was very disappointed with my experience. There were several issues that made the stay uncomfortable: 1. Cleanliness: The room was not cleaned properly. [There was dust and stains on the bed sheets and pillows cover and pillow quality was not good] 2. Customer Service: The staff were [we had reached at 8:30 for early check in they have taken 1200 rs addition and Because the hotel was booked through MMT they are using kind of rude behaviour. Even they are saying don't book hotel next time from MMT]. 3. Amenities: No such things are extraordinary only wifi facility. 4. Room Interior: The room was not is good condition. The given photos are fake. 5. Hotel and room was not justifying the prices 6. Hotel food prices are higher as compared to other hotel. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve for future guests.

Although rooms are spacious and clean. Highly disappointed with the receptionist even though the rates committed to us at the time of check in was including GST they charged us extra at the time of check out Not recommended for family travellers.

Poor services is terms of basic requirements in a hotels like AC remote not available, poor ventilation, not a single mirror in bed room or washroom which a basic requirements for a tourist or guest

Average hotel, Ac was turned off frequently and ac remote was not given on asking staff said temp is pre set on 22 Celsius but actually it was not and at night ac was turn off. Room was ok. 5 star only for food and quality. I have booked my stay through MMT for 6 days with breakfast included then too while checkout I was asked to pay for breakfast which I obviously didn't pay while checkout out as I had booking in my MMT app with details. Secondly I had called for breakfast in room dinning and that was billed as lunch. Third on checkout morning I had requested them for breakfast by 7.30 am they said hotel kitchen will start by 8 u will get breakfast post that, after some logical word exchange hotel staff has called for breakfast from some another hotel and I have been asked to pay they bill for it. Overall Hotel management and staff is just looting people for money. After shelling out so much money a getting such pathetic experience then it is better to stay in guest house.

Excellent !every thing is good .Services are excellent in a sec food is serve,cleanliness is excellent,staff is very good and loyal..I love to stay again in his fantastic hotel

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, and the service was attentive and courteous.The sleep quality was excellent.Everything about the hotel was worth the price tag.

Additionally, the room service at Hotel Royal Ajmer was prompt and efficient. Any requests I had were quickly attended to, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Royal Ajmer and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ajmer.
