Hotel Park Palace

One of the worst hotel service. No water was given during the time of stay no phone intercom connection no flush working basin was unhygienic. Manager attitude as of he is doing favor to it's customer. No staff was good and most of the time of we complain for roommservices or drinking water ...no response overheard and ignorance. ONE OF THE PATHETIC HOTEL AND MY SUGGESTION NEVER TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN...NO SERVICE NO HYGIENE....HOTEL STAFF NON COOPERATIVE

This hotel is not so good the staff iss sleeping whole day they not clean the room there is no dustbin in room the facility are very poor the staff is very careless and they talking so rudely the tv is not working properly there is nothing to visit it there is very dirty bedsheet

Worst very worst hotel bhangar. staff is very rude There is no cleanliness at all and cockroaches keep roaming all over the room. And staff talk very rudely..Very disappointed

Worst Hospital. The service is very worst. electricity issue, smell in rooms, Geyser not working. Food provided by restaurant is very bad. Do not stay in this hotel. It will ruin your entire mood. The geyser in my room was malfunctioning, depriving me of a basic necessity. Additionally, the electricity supply seemed unreliable, causing inconvenience throughout my stay. The taste of the food provided was below expectations, and the overall dining experience left much to be desired.

The rooms are perfect and water, electricity, geyser and a/c are available for 24 hours...but the only thing that I don't like is the room service...It should be done time to time.So,the main point is that the hotel should just mostly focus on room service.Although,this place is best for family stay...

According to price you can stay here. Rooms are cheaper but service is not proper. Had a bad experience when i entered there was no drinking water. Neither the drinking water area was too much dirty. Proper hygiene was not maintained. Only ac was working but fans were not working properly. Also flush in washroom was broken and need to wait for water in basin, too slow taps. Taps were uncleaned. Washroom were dirty. Just for a night stay is okay for good parking in ajmer otherwise i wouldn't suggest to stay here.

Most worst room service. As staff behaviour is so bad. Yesterday we take 2 rooms for 6 person as they said we will give you 3 bed with 2 Rooms but give only one room with 3 beds and one with 2 beds only. So we have adjust as they are saying we will refund your money as per room prices. But in the morning they didn't give single rupees and saying whether you have to complaint about this then complaint it to nearby police station. So this is the way of talking to the customer and their service policy. Also No hot water in Room as wire of guizer is cutted in Room with 2 bed.

Horrifying experience at this hotel .... Never to visit
