Horrible is the word. The kitchen is closed. the complete kitchen staff collectively proceed for rakshabandhan. Forget the breakfast, they won't even provide you tea.They will show you one room and allot you a different one. Best to avoid it. Edit :1 - please note that most of the 5 star reviews are fake. One can note the similarity in the language or writing style.

Room is very nice superb hotel good stay

Very poor facilities .... We stayed for 2 days. My washbasin was already clogged. And lavatry was stained .I complained 2 times but the problem wasn't solved. In morning they did not offer tea on time. The chef wasn't available till 9 am. It came 1 hour late and wasn't good to taste. There is a gym right below the hotel with the same owner. From 7 am in morning they play lound tymphanum shattering blaring music enough to wake you up from your sleep. It was very disturbing and traumatic for us Overall a very poor experience.... Plz don't book a room here . Your mornings won't be pleasant here. You'll regret to spend your hard earned money.

Very bad experience, sheets were stained. Toilet seat was broken. Booked room with breakfast, but there no chef and kitchen was available . Feeling cheated. Note kindly don't order tea. It was horrible.

Nice and clean hotel. Good staff and nice service . Great location. I stayed for a day with my family , stay was amazing , modern styled room , best room service . The best service one could ever ask for. Recommend this hotel to everyone .

It is a very beautiful property.. staff is very cordial. Food was awesome. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I would have preferred a room with a better view, but overall a very good experience at the hotel.
