Hotel New Sundaram

Don't waste your hard earn money in this hotel Don't go there with any auto wala they charged me 14000 for 3 days stay..and they had given big commission to autowala. And there service is worst. 1.there staff is very non coparative and disrespectfully toward costumer. 2. There is no house keeping done by there side until and unless I had to go to reception for 2 3 times to asked them to clean the room 3.they didn't even chang bedsheets in 3 days 4. They taken all payments in advance in cash mood .otherwise i would leave one day... 5. Even there is no proper ventilation In rooms 6. Before check in they said they will provide everything after there are alots of excuses. 7. There restaurant is slow service..

Had a worst experience with the whole staff of Hotel. Reception Staff is to rude to the customer and including Restuarant staff. Service is to slow. Before check in they told they will give everything once check in all the staff are giving excuses. Once it comes to cleanliness that is zero.

Affordable price good room. After searching for a while got this beautiful hotel although its located very near to dargah but its location is 50mtrs inside multiple lanes. The owner was very humble and soft spoken. As i was a single person so I got a preety small room but it was more of a cleanliness which i liked. Bed was comfortable bathroom have hot and cold water supply 24hours. The room rent is for 24 hours.

The place was excellent....we enjoyed staying here the more importantly what we liked was the service it was extremely good and in time .. without being biased i would rate this hostel 10/10....The environment was more friendly and homely hope to see you again in coming years ..best wishes from Kashmir

Not preferred for family, no supporting staff, Hotel Manager behavior issue, food service very poor, no proper communications with the customer. So many good hotel option nearest to Dargah. 0 Star out 5

Hotel management is not good, rude staff of reception, cleanliness is very poor, before check-in they say yes for everything, and after checking they give excuses for all u requirment, restaurant service is very slow but food is good, I'll recommend that plz don't visit this hotel....

Everything was good as it is new hotel and staff is really very supportive and helping Rooms are cozy and first time I got hot water service 24 hours.
