Hotel Neelkamal

When we entered the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke, and the receptionist seemed uninterested in their job, as they didn't answer our calls. The hotel's Wi-Fi didn't work, and the walls were in disrepair, with seepage, water bubbles, and broken plaster. The rooms were filthy, with stained bedsheets, and the staff claimed they had no clean ones to replace them. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a broken shower and a strong chlorine smell. The towels provided had spots, and the constant noise of people fighting and other disturbing sounds made it difficult to sleep. Despite the hotel's low price, we expected basic hygiene standards to be met.

Absolutely pathetic experience. They denied rooms upon arrival and claimed not be partnering with cleartrip while they are listed. Wasted more than 2 hours for absolutely no reason. They deleted booking confirmation emails from their side and when asked to show the booking details on partner portal the manager claimed that it is not working right now.

Staff is very rude .. owner is very typical religious person .. toward non-muslim. Muslims please avoid .. Thankyou Room and restaurant are good the food is also good. But i am very disappointed by the thought of the owner.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER . very disappointed with staff they have no policy of checkin check out i checked in hotel in morning 7 am and at 9pm same day telling me to checkout from room (as per policy generally checkout time is 12noon next day) , i just want to stay for one more hour but they want more money for that, and many more things .just trying to say please don't waste your money.else go to much better affordable hotels in same price.

Quite an accessible location. Nestled right in front of the mountains, it's close to Dargah Sharif and the Ajmer railway station. The receptionist can arrange a cab for Pushkar, if you talk to them. Though the food here was slightly overpriced. Overall, it's a great hotel with fine services and rooms.

This place is sophisticated among all hotel, easy access to dargah n market. Very clean hospitality n food is delicious I felt like mumbai. Charges are pocket friendly. I would definitely refer this hotel to my family n friends n for me this place is locked

Awesome place to be with family. Ample parking space. Delicious food. Courteous staff and very nice service. Will surely come again. Bhagwan g the owner of the hotel is very cooperative and the best part is he is very creative. Organised a party beautifully. Also available here a special brunch only in 188 rupees where anyone can eat unlimited on every Sunday. The ambience and elegance is the right saying about this hotel cum cafe and restaurant with full care and concern from staff.

A just 3 years old hotel as told by the hotel staff.We had done our booking through Make my Trip in advance and were alloted a room on the third floor namely Room No. 301(they have a lift) which was decent with all modern amenities and effective Airconditioning. They did not have any tea/coffee making arrangement in the room.It is about 7 minutes walk to the Dargah(about 1/2 km) and the Ajmer Junction Station is about I Km.Pushkar is about 15 kms.The hotel has two attached restaurants (accessible from even outside) namely Neelkamal which serves an elobrate vegetarian fare with juices hot/cold beverages and fast food options.Excellencee is a multicuisine restaurant serving well cooked indian and continental dishes even though the rates look a bit steep.Since opted for breakfast(about Rs.100 extra on room charges), they served decent well-cooked vegetarian buffet breakfast served till 9.30 AM,which comprised of fruits,bread/butter,masala dosa,paav bhaji and tea/coffee. Room service is good serving till 10.45 PM. The front office staff is very helpful and cooperative.The hotel does not have any doctor on call but their response to a medical emergency at midnight was swift and efficient in arranging the transfer of the patient to the nearest govt. hospital without any delay for immediate desired treatment. Autos and cabs are easily available just outside the hotel. Even hotel organises cabs for local /outstation sightseeing.
