Hotel Kumkum Palace Ajmer

It was not at all like the information given on the website. There was a very bad smell coming from the room and the bathroom was also dirty. The walls of the room were also cracked.

Never book this hotel they are cheating rooms are very dirty and walls have patches, staff behaviour is not good

Not recommended for Profesional person because not cleanings maintain and staff behavior not well

It is not good but it is best in best in this segment I recommending you to stay in kum kum Palace good service and neat and tidy room

Room service not so good inappropriate behaviour staffed

the room assigned to me was noticeably small and lacked windows or proper ventilation. Additionally, the room service provided by the hotel left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive to the needs of the guests. Perhaps one of the most significant letdowns was the lack of housekeeping during my four-day stay. Despite informing the reception about the need for room cleaning and requesting fresh bed sheets, no action was taken. The room remained uncleaned throughout my entire stay, leaving me with a sense of discomfort and dissatisfaction. It is unacceptable for a hotel to neglect basic housekeeping duties, especially after being made aware of the situation.

We stayed here for 3 night. I staff was friendly. Cleanliness was ok could be better. But there was no wardrobe in the room to keep bags. Location is perfect as it is equidistant from railway station as well as dargah, both of which are at 5-10 min walk. But it was difficult to find local transport to here and from here. Overall for the price it was a nice stay. Would consider to stay here again.
