The hotel staff is very friendly & Hotel look good from out side but bathroom flush is not working & water gizer is not working well & towel is very bad clothes it can cause damage your skin because of the clothing is not good . most important the mattress is very hard like rock & your feelings like your sleep on the floor very bad experience.

The staff and management are very friendly room is also nice only bath room was dirty. when we check out that time they has called a rickshaw for us the food was very nice l enjoy my trip. When we call them for clean the room or change the bed sheet they come every time.nice hostel [thank you ]

Very unhygienic. Don't send staffs to clean. Too expensive. Dirty blankets, bedsheets and pillow covers. Non working TVs. No cupboards or telephones.

Never stay in hotel kaaynat there is No proper facilities available and management is very misbehaviour staff is not good and manager have didn't intrest in customer they only intrest in money I never recommended this hotel and hotel not providing luggage locker nor luggage safety room and in room AC water are leakage on wall and bad sheet, pillow are very dirty have awful smell are coming in the room again I say to you all please don't choose this hotel

During my recent visit to Ajmer, I decided to book Hotel Kaynat Mahal (Phool Gali Branch) based on its numerous positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and to my surprise, the air conditioning could only be controlled by the reception desk, which was quite inconvenient. The WiFi was non-functional throughout my two-day stay, and basic amenities like towels and soap were insufficient. To top it off, the bedsheets had an unpleasant odor, as if they hadn't been properly dried. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

The hotel is in repair condition. There is no lift to go up the floors. No dining sitting area.. All under repairs(see pic).Rooms are not cleaned, bedsheets are not replaced/refreshed and all bathrooms have Indian toilet which is not specified in online booking sites description. The man at the desk is so rude. Have no words to describe the trama. Refused to refund and couldn't replace with a better room because all are in bad shape, higher floors and no lift. We just walked out and left our money as donation to the Rude person. They may try to disown this review and comment that we never visited. So for that we have put up pictures for all and he dared us to take his photo and put it on the review.
