Hotel Grand Xenia

We recently stayed at Grand Xenia and our experience was indeed amazing. The property was very well maintained with great amenities. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Swimming pool was big. Very good assortment in the breakfast. They served delicious and great quality food. Staff was motivated to provide utmost comfort to guests. Thanks to entire team at Grand Xenia for making our stay memorable. Highly recommended.

Attended an event- pool party and the experience was next level! The hospitality was off the charts. Great food. The property is massive and very lush. Rooms clean and lavish. Can't wait to come back! Well managed property.||Nice place and great hospitality

Breakfast was good and the service during breakfast was excellent. We received special attention and service by Ms Vastla. Rooms had multiple issues so we had to ask for a change in room. WiFi was not working for a lot of times. TV set box subscription had ended. Dryer was not working in one room, and when we changed rooms the new room tea kettle was not working.

This particular hotel has a great feature. They don't provide basic amenities for the drivers accompanying the guest. They are not allowing them to use washrooms for their morning routine. What era are these hotels managing in?whats the use of greeting brilliantly only the guest and does not have basic values for others.Don't promote this hotel until they provide this basic facility and reply to this comment.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grand Xenia! The property is clean, well-maintained, and offers a peaceful atmosphere that made my trip truly relaxing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. A special word of appreciation for Rajani & Rimaya whose warm hospitality and ever-smiling nature made my stay even more memorable. She was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. People like her truly elevate the experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area -- great service, great ambiance, and truly great people!

So I came here during a wedding, and the rooms were not as clean as I expected, using the room washrooms were troublesome as the hot water was not coming properly, using the faucets were difficult as there were very tight and if you even able to open them then it gives fast spray which may wet your clothes. On asking a few services the staff seemed to be adamant, Also there's no laundry and they will tell you to go to nearby laundry for this purpose, the swimming pool also had several restrictions due to which i didn't see a single person taking a bath there. So overall the experience wasn't that good due to mismanagement from the higher staff ( manager level ), one more thing I would like to add the mangers and executives scolds the workers a lot during any work which i personally felt bad

Subject: Poor Service and Uncleanliness at grand xenia Ajmer Dear Hotel Management, I recently visited your hotel after a long drive from Ahmedabad. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite paying a premium, the service and cleanliness fell short of expectations. Issues: 1. Unclean rooms with dust, unwashed tea kettles, and used cups. 2. Stinking washrooms and dustbins. 3. Unclean tables with leftover food. 4. Mosquitoes in the washroom. 5. Reception staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. 6. When u ask for towels and water bottle u have to minimum ask 3 times and wait atleast 30 mins After a 12-hour drive, the wait and poor service were particularly harsh. Today came water from ceiling as the roof started leaking due to rain Third class hotel Even contacted director but he gave a great fruit platter for the compensation lol Waste of money dont go there

We recently hosted a wedding function at this property and had booked it for two days in advance. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Several rooms were below standard, with various issues such as malfunctioning switches and doors that wouldn't lock. Despite multiple calls to the staff, these concerns remained unaddressed for hours. The most disappointing part was the billing process. At the time of settlement, arbitrary charges were added for pillow cover and bedsheet cleaning--something that should be a basic part of hospitality services, not an additional charge for guests. Additionally, we noticed discrepancies in the food plate count. Despite keeping a clear track of our guest numbers, extra plates were randomly added to the final bill. This raised serious concerns about transparency, as it appeared that staff were manipulating the count to inflate charges. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others to be vigilant about billing and service quality if choosing this venue.
