Hotel Fortune Plaza very nicely located. the ambiance of the hotel was ok. the front desk staff were polite and humble and guided us lot how to visit Dargah. The rooms are clean but not maintained properly. The food was tasty we could not utilized thier as we spent most of the time outside only.

This hotel was a major disappointment and completely ruined the mood of our holiday and visit to the Dargah. It was poorly managed, with rude staff, no hot water, and excessive waiting times. Despite raising these issues with both the reception and hotel managers, no action was taken. I deeply regret booking this hotel and would strongly advise others to avoid it.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Upon check-in, they insisted we share our Aadhar card via WhatsApp. Concerned about the security of our personal information, we requested the hotel's official email ID instead, but they initially refused to provide it. After discussing the risks of sharing documents through insecure channels, they reluctantly shared the email ID. The issues didn't end there. The following day was nothing short of a nightmare. There was no hot water available despite the cold weather, making it impossible to bathe. Repeated requests to resolve the issue were met with empty assurances that it would be arranged in "10-15 minutes." However, nothing was done until noon, leaving us stranded in the hotel for half the day. This hotel is highly unprofessional and poorly managed. I strongly advise against staying here.

Terrible Experience at Hotel Fortune Plaza, Ajmer I had a dreadful experience at Hotel Fortune Plaza, and I strongly urge others to reconsider staying here. 1. Unprofessional and Rude Manager: The hotel manager's behaviour was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of addressing issues, they were dismissive and rude, leaving us feeling unheard and unwelcome. He was demanding the Aadhar card to be sent via WhatsApp, not understanding the potential issue that can cause to an individual. He has kept the Adhar card copies of all the people who stayed so far @ the reception not stored them in a secure way which caused a lot of discomfort. Anyone who walks into the reception can easily access such sensitive documents. 2. Poor Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas were appalling. Dusty surfaces, stained linens, and an overall lack of hygiene made the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. 3. Maintenance Issues: Basic amenities were either non-functional or poorly maintained. Broken fixtures, malfunctioning air conditioning, and erratic water supply added to the frustration. 4. Lack of Customer Service: Staff seemed indifferent to guests' needs, and requests for assistance were often ignored or delayed. 5. Overpriced for the Quality: Given the subpar experience, the rates are unjustifiable. You can find much better options in Ajmer for the same or even lower price. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, or decent service. Save yourself the trouble and choose a better alternative.

This hotel is in dire need of maintenance. The hygiene was subpar, the staff was rude, and the washroom conditions were unacceptable. The toilet seat was broken, the TV didn't work, and the floors in the room were dirty. When I raised my concerns, they were ignored, and my request to change rooms was denied. Booking this hotel was a poor choice on our part. The only positive aspect was the complimentary Dargah Ziyarat.

Bad location, Hotet situated in narrow street but not on main open road. Room was dirty. Bathroom was also dirty and water Tap was broken. I had to wait, even 5 pm I reached, and they cleaned same room but didn't provide me another fresh room.

Nature of Manager was helping and polite. But the rooms were not clean properly. The hotel should focus on cleanliness and hygiene too.

Extremely bad experience, our experience was terrible right from the time we entered the hotel. No service, rooms are too dirty, no service provided. No hot water. On asking the staff behaves very rude. Please avoid this place if you are visiting Ajmer.
