Worst experience. I had arranged a small party of 50 people in July 2024. The arrangements were so bad. AC of the Banquet hall didn't work for complete 5 hours. On complaining, they said that you should have checked before booking. The were no staff members present half of the time to help with arranging food, table etc. Cleaning was done when guests started to arrive. On asking for compensating for the issues, they bullied us. I will suggest not to consider this place for any kind of party/function. There are many other option around this place which can be considered.

Overall stay was nice! There was no iron in the hotel but the staff was soo co operative that they got my clothes ironed from a laundry shop. If you actually want to improve then please replace your body lotion it was smelling like hell.

Stayed with this hotel last week and it was totally disappointed. Room was totally mess, dirty bedsheet, very hard towels. AC NOISE like machine. Staff was there highly unprofessional. Location was very outer , after 8 pm there was no any shops open near by . For any small things you need to walk 800 mtr for where you well get auto, shops etc. Only one thing was good and that is food ( top floor restaurant). Overall not recommended

Worst experience ever..we went there just for one day..we called prior n they said charges n all n we agreed n when we reached there they were like u have to pay extra for early check-in..bcz we had to attend function in ajmer n we were running out of time so we booked it n they didn't even offer water they were like we don't provide water if u want water u have to pay 26/- RS per bottle(water bottle that too with GST) We were there just for 8-9 hours in total still paid full 1900-/ n they bluntly said no we don't provide water even.. N it was 45 degrees temperature out there. I suggest never ever visit there

Not a fan of low rating places but need to. No Room Amenities No Updates on Prior bookings and bookings add ons. No coordination between the Staff. No Laundry/ Iron / Shaving Kit available Things mentioned at booking sights are not available at Actual. Hygiene: BIG ZERO No Hygiene, The Person at the restaurant Reception was chewing Tabacco and was hell arrogant. Was not updated about my Complementary breakfast plan. The Property Charges are the same as @Hotel Grand Xenia and have no services.
