Hotel Ajmer Tower - Best Family Hotels Near Railway Station, Dargah in Ajmer

One of the best hotel in ajmer city. People are very friendly , Even we got a person who came to pick up us at railway station. Location is very near to Station . Room service is great , also food quality is very great. Super fast service. Staff is very friendly. Had a very pleasant stay there. I must recommend to eveyone.

1. The parking area is so bad I attached the video of it , the staff just shuffle the local already parked two wheeler here and there to make room for car parking I specifically asked before booking about of the parking is available and with full confidence they told me yes , if I knew the condition I would've have never done it 2. The bed sheet contains blood i told staff to change it after that the new bedsheet still had blood stains 3. The pillow cover got hairs from the guest by telling the staff to change the new cover and also had hair in them 4 . The room is very dirty 5. The thing is hanging in ceiling fan 6. Fridge wash there but not operable in any room confirmed from staff 7. The phone is there but not operable confirmee from staff 8. The life is so bad it's in grandpa condition taking age to go for first floor 9. There was no stair no emergency fire exit

Pathetic. Entrance is through the lift and a lot of construction material was dumped just before the lift so one has to jump over the piles of garbage to reach the lift. I had done online booking so I felt that they were not interested and I was given the last room. The room was damp and smelled . The only window was closed so no ventilation available. The bed was pathetic and the pillow covers and blanket covers were not changed for years and were smeling strange. Near the lobby few goons looking people were openly consuming alcohol. I ordered jeera aloo and 2 parantha which costed around 220 and quantity of food was very less and not even sufficient for a child. I had very pathetic experience there

Its was nice experience. The rooms service is soo good and the staff is helpful .its good for the trip of 4,5 days

Hotel Ajmer Tower is fantastic! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Ajmer Junction, which made my travel super easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I was comfortable. Plus, the rates are really affordable for the quality you get. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Ajmer!
