Ajmer Sheraton - A Boutique Hotel

The hotel is clean and pleasant, with all the essentials provided--amenities, towels, and hot water. The bed linen was clean as well. The staff were polite and helpful. When we arrived, we asked about the price for the same room and found out it was 50% higher than what we'd booked. Thankfully, they respected the original price from our reservation.

We slept well here. And that's important. Rooms are relatively clean, amenities works, and water pressure is good for a relaxing shower. While we might have language barrier, the staff here were accommodative and eager to serve. The room could be better design for movement and placement of switches.

It was a very nice,comfortable,safe,clean and hygienic stay.Staff was really good and helpful.They check on you personally for everything you need.You can stay there with family without any second thought.Rooms are very big ,washroom is clean and food is very tasty.Thank you.

Being a yearly visitor to the holy city of Ajmer, our search for a good family hotel ended with Ajmer Sheraton..to begin with, the staff at the reception is very welcoming and friendly, listening to all your requirements patiently and fulfilling those. The rooms are well-appointed. the service quality is top-notch, we asked the restaurant to warm the food brought from Udaipur, and they not only warmed it but also supplied adequate cutlery with a smile. We left one big suitcase to be handed over to the courier, which came back to the hotel two days later..they kept it and managed to send it back to us...the location could not have been better..walking distance from the railway station and close to everywhere that matters in Ajmer..we will go back again..true value for money..stayed on 22-23rd December..two adults / 3 teenagers.

We visited Ajmer Shareef Dargah after a very long time n was sceptical about the stay... but Ajmer Sheraton made it great with good service n ambiance. The entire Staff including reception people were very welcoming. The Food was excellent. N will surely visit again n recommend to family n Friends too. Thank you Ajmer Sheraton Team .. once Again

Market in just 1 min away Dargah is walkable Parking available Best hospitality, Good Food Best park of the hotel is rooftop where you get amazing view of Entire Ajmer. Its a cost effective hotel. 5 ***** rating
