I had booked a room in this hotel but the receptionists here do not know how to talk. I had taken it for 12 hours but I left for 10 hours. Before booking a hotel here, everyone should check it properly and also pay attention to the reception. Many receptionists create a lot of drama. It is not that the hotel is good but the receptionists are not good. I have seen it in many hotels but the hotel was good. Whoever is the manager of this hotel should explain to the receptionist a little. I have given feedback for that only. That hotel receptionist even abused me. Even if I did not do anything, say that. I have his photo. I was asked to clean the room but they did not even clean it, they said it is fine, it looks fine.We had to tell the receptionist two-three times, only then they started working once. They did not even have the manners to talk.

Worst horrible terrifying experience. I am shameless and disgust to share the review and feedback. Just too bad service, full of insects at room, no water, no ac working, no room service, just idiotic receptionist and hotel. Please never come here . Just horrified

This hotel is very shady. I booked it online but when I reached there it wasn't even one percent of what they promised. The entire room was smelling of alcohal. The staff was fully drunk. The ventilator was fully opened so basically no safety at all. The staff was drunk and talks very disrespectfully. They also don't resolve your issue rather they blame you only. They even didn't allow me to take any pictures to post but somehow I managed one. Not at all safe for anyone. I cancelled my booking within 15 min of check in and I immediately moved to other place. Worst experience not at all recommended for anyone.

Worst hotel staffs I have ever seen .......... Specially the handicapped receptionist.......full of arrogance....... totally mental. Refuse to change the bedsheet, clean the room after 24 hrs of checkin. Took the AC remote & didn't get it back. TV was inoperable.

Couldn't stay as we were foreigners, despite having been allowed to book online. Saw a couple of rooms while we were there and they didn't look the best. Total waste of time getting to the hotel. If this happens to any others there is an excellent hotel next door that is able to have foreigners stay and was not unreasonable in pricing with a little haggling. Sorry can't remember the name of it.

It is a good hotel 1 kilometer away from the railway station. The rooms of the hotel are smaller than what is shown on Google Maps by the owner. The place is clean and comfortable for staying with family. The staff is very supportive and helpful. The rooms which are on the internal side of the hotel are kind of suffocating as they don't have any windows. Room service and bathrooms are good.

* This hotel is worse, when you book the hotel they tell you the lower price once you reach there they ask you for more. * when I visited the staff was fully drunk and they talked so loudly at night and because of that it is difficult to sleep. I suggest not coming here it is a total waste of money as well as time
