Paradizzo Resort: By Radhika hotel and Resorts

Had a leisurely time after a long travel. Comfortable, spacious, clean and cozy room. Bathroom was not good though, shower was malfunctioned, low water pressure, no soap holder, no toiletries. Staff is polite and responsive. Pure veg restaurant, good food at affordable pricing. Overall I had a comfortable stay.

I had a great stay at Paradizzo Resort by Radhika Hotels & Resorts. During checkout, I accidentally left behind my valuable luggage. Thanks to the honest and responsible staff, especially Ms. Payal Tanwar, who promptly called me and returned it safely. Truly appreciate the service and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Worst experience for my wedding in February. The manager named Sumit is unprofessional and very rude. The owner and manager thinks only about only money and nothing else. No management, no timely arrangements and no communication. Think twice before booking it for wedding or any event. There are other better options in Ajmer and Pushkar. Thanks to our event manager (Puneet) who covered all the flaws at the last moment to make our event memorable. The manager even denied to provide couch for bride and groom at the last moment and both the managers (Pushpendra and Sumit) switched off their phones at the last moment. Their wasn't any provision of drinking water and housekeeping also. Two days prior to the wedding they kept calling for the full payment.

We went to the restaurant located inside the premises. The place is dark and dingy itself. The service was subpar, not enough staff, as most of them were busy catering to a marriage event in the banquet hall. Even with the remainder of service staff, the food service was slow and clueless . The food was good but by the time it got to our table it was not warm enough. This is unacceptable for a hotel or restaurant located in a prime location or even for the money they charge for services that were inadequate. Never coming back.

Very bitter experience non cooperative people. Especially the manager Demanded more money at the last moment. Whole family we saw in great stress and tension. Think twice before booking the property. *THEY* ARE MONEY MINTERS NEVER EVER BOOK THIS PROPERTY FOR MARRIAGE*
