Sunshine hotel

Worst service and unhygienic. At the time of booking, I was informed that there would be 24-hour hot water, but it wasn't available. When I complained, the staff was unhelpful and made me wait for two hours. The owner, when approached, responded rudely. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, and they seemed unfamiliar with proper hotel management and customer communication.

Just bare minimum for exorbitant price. Small rooms, not even clean. Has paid 1800 for room literally 1/3rd of this price. We were three people just stopping for a night. For 1800 bucks there is no breakfast, not even a water bottle, they will charge you extra. If you order from outside, they won't even have the cutlery. For around 2000 rs, all you get is a bare minimum small room, dirty linen. The guy at the counter on night duty is just rude and mannerless. And God helps you if you need to check out early. They lock the doors of the place, literally LOCK it in the night and would sleep behind the counter and won't wake up even if you explode a bomb near them. We wasted half an hour just to wake them up. Their Alarm just gave up!! The guy on the reception just arrogantly refused to help with our luggage as we had so much with us. We asked for his help to carry one bag down the flight of stairs, very mannerless and arrogantly he refused to on our faces. Such is the service of this place. There is a better place "Royal Heritage" just 1 kms from this one. With not much expensive rates than this but hella upgrade. Do consider that. Genuinely disappointed with the service and the behaviour and these 2 nights ruined our entire vacation.

I have had such a wonderful experience in hotel management in my life at this hotel, very nice and wonderful ambiance and service, I give it a 5 star rating. And am satisfied.

Nice service and clean room. Proper sanitization was followed. Had a great stay. Highly recommend at this budget.
