OYO 30585 Hotel Shantinath

Didn't have good experience at all. Place looked dirty and shady. Sheets and blankets had dirty stains and dried spitted spots and smoking smell in rooms. Spotted empty alcohol bottles and leftover food on staircase. And the rooms are located on 3rd floor and no service provided once you pay money they will not even receive call. We highly regret the decision as we were with kids it was worst place with no hygiene maintained. Literally felt like they use the rooms for illegal activities. There is nobody present at reception .

3rd class service and communication manager and staff are It's very useless Not responsible person they are We booked a room for 2 days in the morning and at night he came and asked us to check out He took the entire money from us and told us to check out right away If I did not vacate the room then he would have forcibly taken the money from me, I had given all the ready money The staff is also a thief, he comes into the room without asking Yeh logo juth bol kr room lete haiii aur samko jyad paise nikalvane k liye paresan kiya so be aware is hotel me mata Jana koyi class hi nhi haiii speech less hum ki Abu ke logo aisa kar sakte haii

Not suggested to everyone who will come to Abu road to stay at this hotel. Hotel staff are very rude and have bad behaviour,I have personal experience,

Hotel is clean and good.and staff is well behaved and well manner. Service is excellent. Railway station and bus stand are near by. Many good hotel r also near by. Room and toilet are very clear. Room has king size bed. If u r in abu road and want to stay than these hotel is perfect. Thumps up

Very Rude Behavior Both Manager and Staff ! They Will just Deny Your Booking if Have Made online payment... Not Suggested and Not Safe For Family Stay Too...

Room was clean and every staffs are so friendly and cost was affordable.
