I stayed for 4 days at the Mooljis International Palace. The stay was really nice and so are the staff.||||Upon arriving I found myself in a valley of smiles. Entering the room, it was clean and quiet. The bathroom is also spacious and very clean. The shower seems to be bigger than my house. ||The bed was one thing that if I could take it home, I would have done. Hard in the right places and comfortable.||||Very rich and tasty breakfast,I found the best around. With each breakfast I became more spoiled. you can pretty much stay in the room all day without getting bored, unfortunately I was there for work.||||These are the things that made me enjoy my stay at this hotel, but my warmest congratulations to the hotel for their choice of personnel. They know how to really make you feel at home, and if you need anything it is like asking a family member. Congratulations from the heart, you were fantastic.

There are few people in life who when you meet, you want to instantly become friends with them. You feel like a better person after knowing them. The owner of this hotel Mr. Lal totally fits that bill. I called in the morning, and made my reservation. Lalji was very polite and professional. We got a bit late in reaching, he called around 6:30pm enquiring that we were safe, and on the way. That was nice of him. He is a great and easy person to chat with. Later during my stay, I was told that he is the younger brother, and a professor in a University. His elder brother owns the hotel.||||The dedication shown by Lalji was amazing, he was there in the premises till after midnight, and was back on duty before breakfast, and always cheerful.||||The rooms are like a typical motel with tacky furniture but, functional. No electric kettle in the room, which I missed. The AC did a good job. The bathroom could do with better maintenance.||||But, all this is made up by the service. Really quick, and eager to please. The owner does run a tight ship.||||I strongly recommend this hotel, a decent place for an overnighter on your road trips.
On our way to Rann of Kutch , We made a night halt in this hotel ,As the booking was over phone and we could not see the reviews online , we were little skeptical ,however when we reached the hotel which was quite late around 1 a.m midnight it was really surprising the way the front office staff help us in a smooth check in and with humble service of showing us the rooms etc. ||The rooms are clean and tidy, did not encounter with the staff much as we checked out next day early morning .However Mr Keswani helped us to find a good restaurant where we could have our breakfast near the main bus terminus/railway station . ||||Over all a good experience and would suggest people to go to this hotel. The location of this hotel is also good as it is near the Highway and one doesnt need to go much inside .
We checked in, 40 of us. Oh! what a terrible place! Not at all maintained. Exhaust fan, taps, etc not functioning. The owner probably does not believe in maintenance. I wonder if this hotel has any management at all. Everything was lousy. Some rooms were so dirty that we had to insist in changing them for something better. Not a single room in good condition. The manager did come and apologize at the end; but what's the use when they don't bother at all to maintain the rooms?
AVOID like the plague. Rooms were poky and dirty. Torn and stained bedspread. 1 torn blanket with no bedsheet . Bathrooms absolutely FILTHY. A small verandah attached to the room which was filled with pigeons droppings. Towels were not clean. No toiletries / tissues / shower caps. Shower didn't work. No pay channels on TV. Food was palatable. Situated very close to the railway station, so we could hear the noise of the trains. Far from Mr. Abu . The only plus point was that we had a good mountain view from our room. Though the Manager and staff were polite I would never want to stay in that filthy hotel again.
I stayed here for one day with my family.welcome was good but after that everything was very bad specially food, the food was served very bad quality and quantity both even counting also very bad. Also very far from the mount abu, in my view don't choose that hotel. Over all bad experience in my 7 days trip in Rajasthan.
We stayed here in December 2014, ||Room type- deluxe||||First impression of the hotel itself and the room leaves you to reconsider your decision of staying here. ||Some highlights-||Dusty floors||Stained walls||Stained doors||Unclean toilets||Broken mirrors||No toiletries -you have to keep pestering them (at least 3-4) times for a response||Untrained staff(I am sure they are not trained for working in hospitality sectors)||Very cold floors(at least a carpet or a warm insulator is expected)||Poor food standards ( a normal manchow soup tasted like spiced muddy water)||No hot water in an extremely cold weather (about 10 degree c, only some rooms fitted with an electric geyser, others relying purely on solar energy)||No power backup- there was a power cut for about, half an hour||Misleading website (showing all glorified pictures)||||Luckily, we got, through to the owner of,the hotel who helped us.||||Very disappointed, since we were convincingly told by the owner that this was better than most hotels around mt Abu. ||
Welcome was warm. Good services. Economical rates. Spacious, neat n tidy , airy rooms with good amboence. Would like to revisit because though isolated but peaceful.
