Hotel Bhagwati International - Hotels in Abu Road

I have never ever seen such worst hotel , bad sheet ,pillow & towel was not washed . There is no continuous electric power supply. Drinking water was not filtered and they will ask you for mineral water bottle it will be chargeable. Hotel staff is rude and not trust worthy. Food is not good , apart from all that when I entered in room it smelled very bad and there is no lift facility to reach at 2nd & 3rd floor .they collect very high charge from customers for food and other facilities hence, don't pay money in advance .

worst ever service and cheap people. specially receptionist mr pawan is such a cheap guy and never respond after you pay rent. motto of hotel is to loot people and service availability zero.I will never recommend to any one.Don't waste your money. worst condition of bed-sheets and smelling bad and toilets tap are broken and after 5 hr of check in time and requesting reception mr pawan for hot water available in bathroom for freshening but no positive respond from such people even through we have travelled 6 hr. bad ever experience of hotel.

I visited hotel, its bit inside. After looking at room I didnt book, Owner rude, staff rude. No lift. looks like 5 star rating are face. Its a trap.

Very bad service and disastrous experience. They will surely accept your bookings but will Cancel it at the end moment,entirelly ruining your holidays plans. Plz never ever try to book through this app. These greedy people will demand more money or they will Cancel out your bookings. We had a worst experience nd would never reccomend this hotel or this app.

Very Bad smelling pathetic rooms, bedsheets, pillow n everything......the behaviour of hotel manager is rude....never go to this place...worst experience....bad service

This place is extremely dirty. If I could give stars in minus, I would. Rooms are disgusting and full of dirt. Anyone who is searching for a room and has landed up here, RUN.

If there was an option of 0 stars I would have given zero to this hotel. Very bad service, I gave the order of poha and it didn't come for an hour and then I canceled it. The attitude of the owner is very rude.. Not at all recommended. Worst food...

We have done advance booking in the hotel,for date 19.05.8018 but before we reach rooms were not cleaned and also it was smelling to badly. Toilets are dirty and have bad smells. Will not recommend anybody for booking. Bedsheets and pillow covers were also dirty.. Hotel on the Mount Abu highway. Very small rooms, with attached bathroom. Not worth the price, dirty with horrible room service.
