The Kemberly Hotel - Best Hotel in Kalka-Shimla Highway Zirakpur

My stay at Kemberly Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere, just like being at home. The room was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The washroom was exceptionally hygienic, which made my stay even more pleasant. The food was simply outstanding -- full of flavor and prepared with great care. Thank you to the entire team at Kemberly Hotel for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be choosing your hotel again whenever I visit!

Honestly, this place exceeded my expectations. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and everything just felt easy and relaxed. Food was fresh and super tasty -- we ended up ordering way more than we planned! Staff were also really sweet and helpful. It's definitely one of the better options around Zirakpur. Would happily stay again.

We recently hosted a party at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience didn't meet our expectations. The service was quite poor--staff seemed unprepared. The taste of the food was just average, and what was more disappointing was the limited availability of food during the event. For a gathering, this was a major letdown. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and improves on these aspects, as the potential is there, but the execution needs a lot of work.
