*5 star reviews given by banquet hall customers* This is not a hotel. It's a banquet that has additional rooms serving to banquet events guests. This is not for family stay. This is standard OYO quality rooms. Used by couples for 'that' kind of activities. All the bed covers have dirty spots and even clean ones.

Here are the key issues we faced: 1. **Unprofessional Attitude**: The staff exhibited a blatant lack of respect and courtesy. Their arrogance was disheartening, and they failed to recognize or appropriately attend to the groom and his family--a fundamental aspect of hospitality. 2. **Inefficient Management**: The management team was disorganized and unresponsive, which caused significant disruptions throughout the event. 3. **Power Supply Issues**: The marriage hall experienced frequent power outages--occurring approximately 8 to 10 times. When raised with the management, their excuse was that their inverter couldn't handle the load of multiple air conditioners. If this is the case, it begs the question: why accept bookings for three simultaneous weddings if the infrastructure cannot support it? 4. **Substandard Room Conditions**: The rooms were in a deplorable state. There was an overwhelming foul smell, suggesting they hadn't been cleaned in days. The locks on the doors were inadequate, the bed linens were in poor condition, and the air conditioning units were non-functional. I would strongly recommend opting for accommodations at **Sun Park**, located nearby, which provides far superior hospitality. 5. **Faulty Lift**: The lift was extremely slow and appeared to be outdated, adding further inconvenience for guests. It lacked efficiency and proper maintenance. 6. **Minimal Positives**: The only aspect worth mentioning in a positive light was the entrance lobby, which was decently maintained. --- This updated version includes the additional concern about the lift and maintains a professional tone. Thanks to all Silky Resort Team to make my Function AWSM. Great Service. Rooms are Very clean. Party Hall is AWSM. The main thing is that Owner took interest in the Parties so they can serve us better hospitality. My next Party is in the Same Place. Thanks to entire Team of Silky Resort. Specially Mr Kartar.
