My experience is very bad. I booked this hote through oyo and my booking was pre paid but when I went for checking they refused to give me room, the behavior of the staff and owner was very disrespectful, and when I complained about this in oyo customer care then they gave me the room. And the person sitting on the counter was guiding me to book hotel directly and not to book it through any website. If you are booking this hotel through any website be careful because these people don't respect any person who booked their hotel online, they will ask you to book hotel offline so that they can charge you the money they want. And if you book this hotel online then mostly they will give you the room where nothing work's wifi, tv etc. And the room of the hotels was also very dirty , whole room was littered with cigarettes and matchsticks. Moreover there were used condoms in the room . The washroom also was very dirty.

really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again.

An absolutely horrible place to stay in. We drove down from Shimla and the agenda was to spend the night. The room we were put up in was alarmingly small, so much that one couldn't move easily. There was no soap in the washroom, on asking they said they weren't provided stock from Fab Hotels. There was no water supply in the morning. We had to use bottled water in the washroom. On top of this, the receptionist, Sumit , was really rude to talk to. An absolutely disaster of a hotel. Please do not stay here.

No ventilation in rooms. Almost all the rooms have a suffocating problem. Rooms were clean and washrooms were fine. Not like family hotel. Staff is good. They provide mineral water bottle. Toiletries weren't provided. We went to stay during a wedding party so not really sure about the budget. But must be a budget hotel for short stays.

Everything was up to the mark but staff don't have manners to speak with guests. They should take tranning about the hospitality. The owners are busy to make money they even don't get bothered how the guests are suffering with problems. "NO" is a very common word for their staff. For each and every co ordination they are using "NO" word Easily. Even they do not trying to circulate the massage about breakfast is there is buffet or room service. You have to go their at front desk and than ask them. Staff is giving proper hospitality to to known guests only as I observed. Really this is my life's worst experience. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends. I am happy with Fab hotels but not with this particular property. ||||And One More thing I would like to mention here. As I am also a Hotelier (Room Division Manager) I know how to deal with guests and doesn't matter that how many stars property your Workin with. I don't want to blame anyone but I stayed there for Four nights each night there was a problem.

I booked this hotel only to undergo a horrendous stay. Little did i know that this hotel is nothing more than a godown. The rooms have no windows, no ventilation. There is no fire exit, just a narrow staircase exits. There is no fire extinguisher nor heat sensors in the room.||The room was very small, the tap on the wash basin was dispensing hot water on the while rotated to cold and vice versa. Further I had to switch off the geyser as it was giving electric shock while gaving bath. I experienced this twice. Visit this hotel only if you want to die getting electrocuted.||Further, the room had flies inside it.Totally unhygienic. The toilet seat cover was soiled with urine stains all around it.The bathroom tiles were dirty and the wash basin was dirty as well. The Tv has no options for popular channels. The breakfast was pathetic. No proper place to sit and the table in the buffet room kept moving as if it intends to have a romantic dance. The food items were stale,cold. The tea was like cold beverage.||Nothing was good and I regret having booked this lodge kinda hotel. The pictures that they showcase on the fabhotel app are misleading.Do not be misguided by what is shown on the app. You will not get the room you booked. The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear all bathroom sounds of occupants of the other rooms very clearly. The sounds are loud enough to make one uncomfortable.||Do not book this third class hotel called fabhotel insignia.

New property bang on the highway as you take a right from Zirakpur flyover while coming from delhi and pass a market complex on the left after crossing the first traffic signal. Rooms are clean, Service is efficient. Being a very new property the food menu is a bit limited, however, they're more than happy to arrange food from a nearby restaurant which is simply lio smacking. Although uncovered, but ample and safe parking space. Since the trariff is quite competitive, they charge you for water bottles at MRP, but it's fine as the vfm rooms and stay makes up for it. Loved the stay. Will stay here whenever I'm near CHD

Had a pleasant stay at a very affordable rate, beneficial for all those who are on daily travelling plan (marketing professionals like me). Only feedback is that they need to take care of insects/mosquitoes that can be tackled using insect killing sprays and mosquito replants. Also found few spider webs that can be taken care with regular room cleaning.
