Hotel Sivila

Booked the hotel on the spot due to some emergency condition and requested late check out. Reception manger was too helpful and fulfill my request politely. Room was neat and clean & services were also good. Location of this hotel is great. Very pleasant and comfortable stay. I wd definitely recommend this hotel if u want comfortable stay. THANKS

Great Stay at Hotel Sivila! Had a wonderful experience at Hotel Sivila, Dhakoli. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making sure guests are comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant stay. The location is convenient, making it easy to access nearby areas. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

The so called "Deluxe" room (room 307) didn't have windows at all. It is so cramped that you cannot open your luggage properly. See photos. We also had a premium room(room 201, which was a complimentary upgradation) even though it is big, it had it's own issues. Towels were not there, when I asked they gave worn out towels and said this is all they have. The sofa leg was broken. We couldn't use it anyways. It rained that night and water seeped in through roof near window and our luggage got wet. In the morning, there was no hot water. I called reception and they said they will turn on the heater. I tried after 30 mins, the same issue. Then I reached reception personally and enquired. Then one guy went to check and reported that the switch was not turned on! Also the breakfast service was slow. 6 parata and 1 poha took 45 minutes. Since we wanted to roam around before we flew, we had to take cold bath in our "premium" room and wasted time waiting for breakfast. The 201 room is facing highway. Got woken up many times by trucks' blaring horn.

We have been coming to this place since last three years with students group and that itself is the testimony. Very nice place, good service, neat and clean rooms and good food as well.

Absolutely Disgusting - Do Not Book I had an awful experience at this hotel. The condition of the property was so terrible that we couldn't even stay for 15 minutes. Everything in the room was stained and smelled horrible, making it impossible to stay comfortably. The pictures and Google reviews are completely misleading - do not trust them. We were shown three different rooms, and every single one was in the same appalling condition. Despite paying 5000 INR, the hotel wasn't even worth 1000 INR. This was a complete waste of money and time. I strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

Hotel Sivila is a fantastic place to stay! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the peaceful location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food is delicious. Highly recommend!

This is my 5th time stay in hotel sivila. I loved everything about this hotel! Clean rooms, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Recommended for families. The location is excellent, right on the highway. From exceptional room service to delicious food everything is on point.

Service of sivila has been deteriorated in last 1 year span... Rooms are small and clostrophobic... Bathroom is dirty... Taps seems like haven't been cleaned from. Months.... Wash rooms are not clean... Bedding are torned... Serving tray is dirty... Disgusting... Except location.. Nothing worth to pay 2000...room service is lazy... do not visit.
