Hotel Palmdale

"I recently stayed at Hotel Palmdale and had a wonderful experience! The hotel's ambiance is modern and sleek, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and courteous, always willing to help with any requests. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of options. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

I planned two days stay at this hotel after reading the 4 star reviews but are they worth it !!! NO!!!!! I will give it 1 ....reasons are here - No 1 - As soon as I entered the hotel the female receptionist gave such cold vibes ...No hospitality at all . You shouldn't be in the hospitality department if you can't treat your guest nicely. No 2 - I ordered mix veg , chapathi and raita But it had a hair in it. I ignored it and didn't complaint right at that moment but thought would inform them in the morning. No 3 - No hot water . I wasted around 1 hour for this but they couldn't fix that. So I packed my bag and checked out of the hotel. It ruined my whole day

Room without window and sun light . Bathroom without hot running water. Hotel may provide a bucket of hot water,if insist or request . Only provision of solar water heater . Therefore availability of hot water will depend on working of solar water heater. For Reception staff , I would like to say nothing.

I stayed in this hotel a lot of times. Overall hotel is too nice. The staff and housekeeping guys are also very nice. They treated me well . Please do visit hotel Palmdale, don't get fooled by the bad reviews, people just have exaggerated their experiences. Please you will get to know. It's value for money too.

My experience at Hotel Palmdale was delightful! The rooms were tidy and well-maintained, making my stay comfortable. Its location right on the highway is excellent, providing easy connectivity. The breakfast menu offered a variety of delicious options, and the taste was exceptional. The hotel staff was not only well-trained but also very helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend Hotel Palmdale for a pleasant and convenient stay experience.

The stay was comfortable, although a bit costly. I wasn't very satisfied with the food, but it was good. Maybe a buffet for dinner also, along with breakfast would be good. No other option for lunch other than the hotel itself as there is nothing nearby.
