Hotel Kshitij Royal

Please don't book their hotel for marriages, birthdays and any other parties. Their per plate price is higher than barbecue nations, pirates of grills and any other reputed hotel, but their service is very slow like they are serving longer in free of cost. You can feel embarrassed in front of your guests and friends. Also, their owner Kshitig's behaviour is very rude. Just a suggestion please spare yourself from this hotel. Rest you can experience by taking their service.

I have really bat experience booked this hotel for my baby's birthday party but their staff nd manager is too much rude They served us snacks like they are reheat not fresh Also the food was so bad If i have chance to give them star below 1 i can definitely give them

Very bad experience. The absence of both the GM and the manager who booked your reservation indicates a lack of oversight, which likely contributed to the poor coordination we encountered. It's good they managed to serve fresh food, but a delay in service--especially for a group of eight--was very frustrating. No senior manager was available to address the concerns directly.

Pathetic food..worst service.. horrible experience...

I organized a birthday party at this place and would certainly mention that this place is not meant for parties. Don't be fooled by the price they quote because they will overcharge you at the end of the party. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid coming here in any case.

Evening get together with former team members. The ambiance at the roof top was very good and so was the service. Most of the food items were good but a few could have been better.

Such a bad experience with this hotel not 4ecommend to anyone this hotel ..so irresponsible
