Hotel Blue Orchid

Room linens are very dirty and they dont change after one use. There are hairs all over bed. Cleanliness at its worst. They will manipulate the food bill. Kindly check once before paying.

We stayed here as we had an early morning flight. The rooms were spacious but dusty. Dirty bedsheets and pillows. There was no water when we woke up at 5am to get ready for the airport. Dirty dusty plates, dirty glasses in the room, they charged extra for preparing baby food which I provided. Overall experience - 1/5. They even cancelled our stay on our arrival date due to issues with electricity or A/C. I immediately booked with another hotel and took a refund from Agoda. I would never go back or recommend it unless someone wants to stay for a night.

They ask to put 5 star fake review. And food was rotten how they can expect?? Overall Bad experience.

Unhygienic rooms. Bad behaviour service boy. Bad behaviour from owner. They did not allowed us to sit on rooftop for dinner without any reason.

Reception did not allow check-in for 1 hr because of 400rs price dispute with Agoda. Non-cooprative and unprofessional staff. I requested them multiple times to allow checkin as it was not my fault and my urgent work is on hold but to no avail. Instead they told me to cancel the booking and go - some customer service I must say !!!!

Big Fraud . Please don't book. They provide a cold drink for 5 star review in the hotel. False reviews.
