Hotel AK Continental, Zirakpur

We spent a night at this property in March'25. The location is excellent on the main |road and it's one of the many hotels in the area. The staff was good, food was excellent and overall it's a reasonable place. However overall cleanliness and maintenance of bathroom fittings should be improved.

Worst Experience from a 3 star hotel. The 3 stars are only in the picture not in service and room quality. Rooms were full of dust, provides a pillow which is used by someone etc. Bathroom was not clean, the health faucet doesn't have a holder. This will be my 1st and last time i book this hotel. Atleast give the services for the money we pay. Room access cards was not working and everytime we need to ask the reception for the master key. They are not even ready to correct those issues.

It was a great experience staying here . Well managed. It was really clean and the service was on time. Everything we asked for was provided on time.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the only downside was the limited dining options, which is why I'm giving it four stars instead of five.

One of the best hotels in the category in terms of location, rooms, and service. Delicious and appetizing food, clean rooms, good locality, and well-behaved and mannered staff. Overall, nice in terms of congeniality and hospitality. Keep up the good work :)
