I had the most terrible experience at this banquet hall, and I regret booking my wedding here. They completely mismanaged everything and ruined my special day. Despite confirming my wedding date months in advance, they scheduled a day function that ended late, causing a significant delay in my wedding. They failed to provide the promised bridal room, leaving me with nowhere to prepare. The food was a disaster--several items from the agreed-upon menu were missing, and the quality of what was served was extremely poor. The hall had no proper decoration, despite prior discussions, and the bridal entry I had planned was completely ruined due to their poor coordination. Additionally, the air conditioning was ineffective, making the venue hot and uncomfortable for my guests. This banquet hall is highly unprofessional, and I would strongly recommend against booking any event here if you want your day to be memorable for the right reasons.

This is ridiculous behavior done by the owner and representatives. They are doing just fraud. At the the booking they have are doing lots off promise but at the time of event they are doing blackmail and demanding much more money which was not ethical behavior. Request you to don't book this venue at any cost. Return my booking amount which was lying with you.

Best resort for wedding functions. Decorations excellent. Enjoy the party late night 2 AM Not sound problem late night.
