Minutes way from parasdown town mall. Awesome hotel stay experience and lovely staff. Happy with hotel , staff and all amenities. Will return back here in future thankyou . I booked last minute facial and head massage which was relaxing. They have a decent size gym on-site as well. We only stayed one night however location was so convenient for us to look around mall was great , and thanks to hole team of golden plaza to make our stay wonderfull.

It's near Chandigarh Airport (7.8 km, 10-minute drive) and Chandigarh Railway Station (15-minute drive). Check-in/Check-out: Check-in at 2:00 PM, check-out at 12:00 PM. The facility is really nice with very big rooms but it was not maintained well with plywood coming off the wardrobe and restroom sink. Breakfast spread was limited but the food taste was good.
The room is on the top floors of the Paras Down Town Square Mall in Zirakpur. Technically, there is no ventilation except for the AC (not sure how clean that is). Assumed it to be close to the airport, but, apparently a few roads have been shut. It still takes ~30 mins to the airport. There are better options around for sure.
They doesn't know the word commitment...||We were promised the early check in by Mr ||Gurdip sales guy and brother of Mrs Harsha so called gm of this hotel.. When we reached Mr kuldip said that out check in time is 2pm and on their website it's 12 pm in afternoon they dont their policies..||Guy at front office said I have no information regarding this... Despite sales guy asking us at what time you will reach that he had to hold rooms there was no information at front office.. We reached hotel @7 :30 and we told them we will wait till 8 as promised by you... Kuldeep Yadav said that we can't allow early check in as management has refused us..and when we asked them for water for group there was no body even to serve 2 glasses of water. And front office guy says kitchen is not operational till 7:30 ... and Their Breakfast timing is written 7:30 am.. so I fail to understand that how they provide.brealfast at 7:30 am..||||Now speak of gm she is arrogant and doesn't want to speak when we wanted to on check in she comes and says what happened and we said we don't deal with you and I won't consider speaking to you...||She contradicts herself says management sits in Delhi they can't come and again. Say s she is part of management if you are part you should keep your word.. sales guy call you his sister then you are not able to coordinate... strange... and she doesn't want to meet in front of me she refused to meet as her excuse was she is in casual and on the day she met didn't see her in formals ... so pretty damm excuse...||||And Their staff told us that mar ke rakhi hai humari rooms available hai app bolo.. it was freezing cold on 31st... ||||Breakfast what menu we send it was idly and they served so called bada which looked like onion balls and chef excuse was we have kept it for tommorw as we had no Breakfast next day...||||Then one new thing front office guy said housekeeping staff comes at 8 o clock rooms are not ready it was sold out ....and when me and school teacher checked approximately half rooms were empty and at 7:57 2 rooms given didn't looked like they were made not a single mop mark or anything was there.. and suddenly 6 rooms are available and after heated arguments we left.... ||||I ask management to give some desicion making to staff and front office other wise they can't go to toilet without tour permission they couldn't serve water without your highness Harsha otherwise property will get ruined..||||Now Harsha ji so called professionalism.||||I was sitting in their reception area and Their team was openly discussing sales target in front of clients and saying murge fans gaye kuch around new year time. ||That say about your team and gurdip said mam hotel ke liye karna padta...||||Food was good and for menu we also had to fight however they did it but they are clearly unknown to lavish menus for groups.||||Said budget Kam Hai and I said kindly manage 31st Dinner rest we will adjust.||I.want to know if you can't workout in price why did you gave the quote we wouldn't have stayed or booked.. ||||In evening guard refused to let our buses in saying i dont have information about this and then sales guy again has to come||This is the example of miscommunication and lack of awareness in team.. ||||After check out they send picture that student have destroyed something after we have left.. and one company representative and principal sir were in their room and checkout at 10 why did not they tell them.because their staff didnt come till 10 ... ||||They don't serve meals beyond their time.||What if group gets delayed .. In group Business you have to serve at any time.||||Learn from your hotel in goa they once served us @12 pm when our train is late and withoutbyour tantrums. ||||If you want more information. AND GURDIP FALSE COMMITMENT GUY... || THEY SAY OUR SERVICE ARE GOOD EVEN THEIR COMMON TOILETS WERE SO||S MELLY AND NO WATER WAS THERE WHEN TOLD FRKNT OFFICE GUY HE CALLED AND ASKED AGAIN SAID STAFF NAHI HAI ABHI AT 8 AM... |||| ||If you want group booking go for sun park, clarion inn , Sunday, royal park , Almeida and regenta.. their rooms might not be big as this but their food menu , service is far better.|| ||Only one good thing was security guard who.offered water to is in bottle.. ||||Recruit good staff otherwise you are doomed....and visit some hotels who do student group and see how they do..||||Bolne se nahi hote...
Excellent hotel with good modern rooms and facilities... Excellent food options both in room n buffet... Non veg excellent.... Service is good and fast... Quick check in and check out... Overall best option to stay in Zirakpur
