Hotel Shagun Zirakpur

Our stay at Hotel Shagun, was disappointing. As a family, we expected a proper double bed, but they simply joined two single beds, which created a gap while sleeping very uncomfortable. The rooms were not clean, and the AC was old and didn't cool properly. The service was poor, and the receptionist was rude when we requested basic things like plates and spoons for in-room dining. They also didn't provide a toiletries kit. Overall, the hotel needs major improvements in service, cleanliness, and comfort.

We had a very pleasant stay at Shagun hotel in Zirakpur , it's very reasonable and very neat and clean rooms, the mutton biryani is really yummy you have to try it . We have stayed here multiple times and this place never disappoints . It's a mixture of hotel and marriage hall but still it's good

Location of hotel is ok .. services is too slow and not up to the mark .. they gave dirty glasses for water ..we order soft drink .. they gave expired one .. toilets are not cleaned, exhaust fan was not working in bathroom.. Rat were found in bathroom.. Sofa was dirty .. only the good thing was food .. Will not recommend this hotel

Good hotel. Parking available. AC rooms. Heater available at extra price in winters. Kit for tooth brush etc not provided and it costs extra Rs 50. Manager (F&B) is helpful. Food is very good.

Actually it's not like 1 star also no staff avilable we reached late at night outside lights were off as it seems to hotel doesn't exist no bell boy avilable for luggage even we requested for plate that couldn't be provided never ever visit the hotel

I went with my friends the buffet system was not Fully active and ice cream was not given,food had hair,not good quality

Good location, good service and good breakfast. In all satisfactory stay.
