Excellent services... I booked hotel for wedding ceremony of my beloved son... Relatives abd friends stay for 3 nights. Everyone one given very positive feedback for rooms, food and hospitality. I highly recommend this venue for all type of functions. Staff very cooperative and the most important is to praise the behaviour of Mr Naresh (Manager and Executive Officer) he personally look after all arrangements. Thanks

I've recently been to this hotel and out of my whole trip to India, my experience with this hotel has been a nightmare! When we checked in, we were asked to wait while they cleaned the room where guests have just checked out. Upon receiving the rooms, we found the dirty used towels given, the bedsheet not changed and the trash can full of trash. The response to our disappointment was to check out if we want! They then accepted to clean the rooms again and made us wait in the Hallway, which is something I find really unprofessional. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone willing to have a smooth journey!

Great service by the hotel and very responsive staff and spacious rooms. Robin in reception made it very easy checkin process and great behaviour Highly recommend.

Rude staff, stinky rooms, poor service. We stayed there in January 2025 for a friend's wedding. We got 3 rooms booked. One of the rooms was stinking with the smell of a dead rodent. The linens were all soiled. Though they got the bedsheets changed but the smell was there. We told them to get sugarless tea. However, 3 out 4 times that we placed the order, tea was with sugar. There was a particular person on the reception who was very rude. We were subjected to receive 1 bottle of water per room, However, when we asked for it, they straight away said it's chargeable. Later they did provide, However, one bottle was still charged for 1 of the rooms incorrectly because they didn't count properly and weren't ready to listen to us. Coffee is very light and not worth wasting 80 for it. We didn't have food so can't comment.

Our recent stay at Omnibliss Hotel was incredibly disappointing due to a poorly maintained room with issues like:used dirty towels were given to us malfunctioning appliances and the kettle smelled like rotten eggs. The room was wet, dirty and the trash can was full from someone else's trash. We were submitted a dirty and very disgusting room. When we raised these concerns to the manager we were told"IF YOU WANT TO CHECK OUT THEN GO AHEAD". The Manager was extremely rude and was very unprofessional. Professionalism is out the window in this hotel. They had us waiting in the reception for 30 minutes and tidied up the bed and left everything used in the hotel room itself. They submitted us our disgusting rooms and had us wait 30 more minutes in the HALLWAY while they clean the room. Time to check out, we went to the reception and we were given the wrong bill. The bill included our rooms which was already taken care of by our agents and was fully paid off. The receptionist charged us for what was COMPLIMENTARY. The manager offered tea as compensation and then have us pay it at the end of the stay. The receptionist was refusing to give us our bill and said we have to pay even though we have no idea what we are paying for.We would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and clean stay.This hotel was absolutely disgusting and terrible I fully regret my stay there and please do not go. Thank you

I genuinely loved the food of this hotel and we stayed here more than 1 week and the staff of the hotel is wonderful and amazing overall it was good

Property is centrally located,best thing is its just wAlking distance from all delhi bound buses and taxis.ample parking which is safe for own car.

Service truely personalised. Great hotel for stay with family.
