Worst experience of staying in hotel.Dirty stingy rooms and washroom..all over dirty marks .. unclean bedsheet..no towels..max closed rooms are closed with no balcony..single Staff only..arrogant and un-cooperative..We had to get our email checked and everything to confirm our booking though advance was already paid.. Location is too far from main city.. location is totally unhygienic and filthy

We booked 1X Family room with balcony online which looks decent in the pictures. On arrival it was a big disappointment for me and my family. We booked to stay for two night to relax but very poor amenities..TV doesn't work and no wifi connection, no light in toilet and we have tell the staff to fix it. We are basically tired be asking for basic things like electric kettle and glasses..though staff are polite but not proactive. I don't like bothering hotel staff but no choice when basic amenities are not fulfilled. It's not worth our money.

We had booked 3 rooms, well in advance of one month via booking.com and even paid a token advance amount to block our rooms. However, right before we boarded our flight; we just called in to inform them of our delayed flight, but the guy told us that they are fully booked and he'll arrange an alternate accommodation. We were utterly dismayed. We reached quite late in the night, around 3 am and thankfully we had rooms available. The rooms were below average and so was the cleanliness. It was such a bad experience that we decided to cancel our another night stay at the same place on our return. The staff (only one person, same guy who had said he was full) was attentive and got us drinking water; only thing I can be thankful about. Wouldn't want to go back, at all.

Don't go by photos. Worst hotel booked for 6 hours as I have the connected flight but the rooms were not ready as they gave the rooms 2 hours late. Whereas I have reminded them I am coming at x time.

HORRIBLE place & experience. We booked this place from Agoda 2 months by seeing the verified reviews from the site. To our shock, the place was poorly managed, Pathetic rooms, stinky rooms, unhygienic bedding, dirty bathrooms with cockroaches in the room. We canceled our stay and booked Radisson Zirakpur, they didn't even give half of paid amount, when we requested the refund as we did not stay an hour also. Fraud place and fraud management. Never booking hotels based on Agoda.

Very basic hotel. Upon reaching, they said that they will shift us to another hotel. Then after acolding manager, he gave us our rooms. Food was good but very bad service. Better try another hotel.

Room quality and service not upto mark. No hot water in morning so do check in advance if u need it. Beds were descent and clean

worst ever experience, left my belongings here which were not returned by the staff even after lot of requests made by us. Receptionist is always unaware of what's happening around, overall very poor management. Never ever recommended
