Kwality Grand Hotel

Hotel is good but hotel staff behaviour is very bad.I have call to hotel number for asking room rent they told me Rs1500/- for one light stay but when I reached at hotel then receptionist demand Rs 2000/- from me.Then I told him that I have confirmed Rs 1500/- on phone and saw him contact number on which I have call then he agreed with Rs 1500/-.They didn't provide towels and shop and said that you have to demand it otherwise we will not provide but these are common things must be provided to everyone but they didn't.At the time of check out when I demand the bill receptionist said that he will not provide before 10:30 am and also said that pay GST through cash because we didn't receive payment online.After so many requests receptionist didn't respond.They also have own restaurant just 500m from the hotel.When I have ordered food from their restaraunt then receptionist charged Rs 60/- extra for delivery charges.
