Hotel Patiala inn

Its average hotel. Location is ok. Could be good budget Hotel. Breakfast is also not up to the standards

The walls of the room were cracked and hot water tap of the bathroom was giving a bit of shock

I visited patiala for a wedding, one hotel had taken my money without actually having a room available. I found patiala inn last minute. How happy was I. This is not a PG or hostel. Its a guest house. Rooms were clean and no bad smell. Hot water and AC. Staff was very accommodating. I am NRI and if I come to Patiala again I will be definitely staying here. Main thing is that the room was CLEAN and spacious and had plenty of AIRFLOW. And view from top floor roof garden. Value for money

Food quality is very very bad. Electricity bill per unit is very high including light and fans compared to other pgs. They said " Wifi facility is available " But that is useless. Their way of talking is rude and very manipulative. They set many useless rules. In the building, girls' rooms were in ground floor, personally I didn't feel safety.

The owners are very manipulative . 1) when we had a conversation over the phone they said NIS is within 1km but actually it's 2.5 km away 2) they are costlier than the adjacent PGS . 3) first two days food was good but after that it started deteriorating 4) they staff are rude . 5) they try to treat people like school children 6) the room they gave was ok but the extra they charge for AC is higher than adjacent pgs 7) they write about laundry service but by that what they mean is we have to climb three floors and give for laundry . They use used water and don't even return the clothes 8) they have set the food timings in a way that u will get two meals if u go for classes in NIS . 9) other pgs deliver food to NIS .. they are not ready to do that 10) milk products are comparatively cheaper but still being a vegetarian stay in 12days , they hardly did it once or twice 11) the rotis were good initially after that they started serving burnt rotis 12)misguiding 13) even cleaning of room is once in three days 14) for bed sheets and pillows they charge extra !!! Can u beat that ??

It was nice stay, property is clean, stylish with excellent service.... Value for money

One of the best place to stay in patiala. Amazing hospitality, fresh home cooked food, very clean rooms and bathroom, friendly management and very transparent when it comes to communication. Looking foward to visit patiala again and stay here.
