Hotel Royal Inn

Biggest scammers. I'm writting this after a very bad experience at this hotel, they just scam u with their coupons scheme and then they just neglect just by saying some of their own made terms and conditions which is neither mentioned on any coupons nor on covers. One of their employee named "Pandey" just lie to us about the service and the coupons and after that he just refused to meet me. No clarifications was given by "Pandey" or any other employee. I just not recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't eat or stay here.

Poor Experience, They issues coupons to Customers, when they issue the coupon terms and conditions are differ but trying to use the coupon they changes their conditions. Room coupon availability is depends as per Hotel not on you. When u need the rooms they denied you.

How a resturant can deny to service complementary water. It is a rule by govt to serve complementary fresh water. Forcing people to send 60 rp per bottle.

Worse experience...Staff is so rude as they do not have sense to communicate especially female receptionist...kindly teach them how to talk nd behave properly with the customer ....I don't know why IDP chose this hotel.

Neat and clean rooms... food was also good... overall experience was good... recommended to stay
