Nothing is not good especially serving all fries were cold and was very bad

Good Hotel at really good price, rooms were good service definitely needs improvement. Rooms are dated but at this price they are justified. Service was not good

Not a Good Hotel According to me, All rooms has very smelly, very tough to spend night, fight for breathing in Hotel, no Hot water available in room, Only good thing, Food was Good..

I didn't stayed there just enjoyed lunch. It was awesome. Food was good. Variety was huge. Food is economical. Service is good and fast. Ambiance was lovely. Parking could be an issue during busy time. Tried vegetarian options, tasty. Quantity in servings was enough. Team there was cooperative. Overall a good experience.

Room hygiene is very poor bedsheet are so dirty and pillow are more dirty i got rashes worst service they even listen It was very bad experience staying here and staff is very irresponsible there is no manger or no one cares we said to unload the luggage but they ignore wash room are very unhygienic and they didn't offer fresh water and after saying to clean the room they didn't

The rooms and the location over all a complete package in 1500-2200 around. I also stayed in the Royal inn which is 1 km in the same route the buffet is limited but has some amenities like a dental kit, comb etc laundry which you don't get here but its on a higher side which is 2500 and the rooms were not that spacious as except the royal inn suit which they were charging 4200+ gst
