Hotel O Golden Crown

We have Booked Room with Oyo for One Night at this Hotel, prepaid all charges. Once we reached Hotel Manager Demanded 10 times extra money charged from actually booked amount. Manager is also very Rude not able to entertain any request. Also Rooms are third class very dirty. I request you to do not Book this Hotel, you will just waste your time and efforts.

After making the full payment, the hotel staff did not provide us with the room. They behaved very rudely without any apparent reason.

I visited this hotel on 20feb Staff's behaviour is good as compare to other hotel in town They serve delicious food to me As per my demand Rooms are neat and clean

Staff is totally bad....the don't have any knowledge about hotel...how can u motivate a guest..how can we talk with guest...this was totally bad........

Rooms not very clean Poor customer service Location is perfect Expensive Not all rooms have Aircon Maximum three persons can stay on one room No lift service for old people

Worst hotel in sirhind. We have Book an ac room. But when we reached the receptionist refuse to give us ac room. Bcs we have book from oyo.

Rooms are not good furnished, bathroom not fully clean, But room service is Good I Hope in future they will prepared it
