We Booked 4 rooms here and stayed From 25 September to 28 September-2019.(1) Hotelier Not Gave us Free Breakfast any day While i paid for it on Makemytrip.I have record of my booking.(2)Hotelier keeps Room key's with himself whenever you go outside the hotel room even though your all valuable things/Luggage is in the room in any position so where is customer's privacy ?? (3) Just after we checked in, the ac of our room was not working and staff called the mechanic and repaired it (4)Hotelier always looking to switch off AC even if we go outside from room for only 10 minutes,after coming in the hotel room we always found AC power off,we first tried all switches and remote settings then we calls on reception and hotelier switch on the ac from reception we saw.It happened all days all time when we left rooms for few minutes/hours.(5)They Never served us Cold/Hot water during our stay (6)No cctv cameras we saw anywhere (7) No Seating area there (8) Not any safety security device (9) No First-aid services.(10) Hotelier Charges extra money for the kids with customers while check in Very Very Dissappointed

Excellent experience, good food & familer all staff members. Hotel manager Mr. Sharma is very cooperative.

Very poor they charge extra five hundred rupees per person if we book through online this is worst experience new mayur.manager use abuse language with customers.one thing more important they are not providing the extra payment receipts.food quality is very bad

One of the worst Hotel in Sangrur... It's very difficult to get public transport from this hotel. Management is not that much co-operative.

This hotel is best best rooms over there.... There staff also good
